I only had nine overnight hours in Bangkok between flights and couldn't justify spending $200+ to stay at the Novotel. Luckily with some research I managed to find the Best Western at a very reasonable price. They also have a free shuttle that transports guests from/to the airport. I probably would recommend this hotel only to guests who are between...

We stayed here in January of 2015. I had previously stayed at the Novotel airport hotel, and although that is an excellent airport hotel, at $200+ a night its an expensive option. The Amaranth is about half that price and is, as far as I am concerned, about as much as one would want/need from an airport hotel at half...

We booked this hotel for one night although we didnt actually stay overnight we had 12 hours in between flights - it was a great place to spend a day close to the airport, the free shuttle bus service was easy to find and the hotel is lovely. When the check in staff were advised we wouldnt be staying they...

There's no reason to stay here unless you have work nearby or are in transit (might as well go into Bangkok for any other reason). I had an 8 hour layover in Bangkok between very long flights so decided to pay to stay for a night even though it was a much shorter stay than that. For the price, this...

Well placed hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Novotel is pretty expensive at Suvarnabhumi so opted for a cheaper option and was not disappointed. It's a 250 baht taxi ride from the airport which is only about 10 mins from the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious and the following day took the complimentary mini van to the airport before...

Excellent place for a stopover for early flight. Half the price of the airport Novotel. Shuttlebus, breakfast starts at 06:00. Ok restaurant. Beds comfortable and good roomsize. Checkin tok some time as we ended up surrounded by a chinese group.

Last day in Thailand so we picked a hotel near the airport. Desk staff seems to work hard but is slow and appear to lack training. They are constantly asking each other questions. Water shut off at 7:15AM, middle of a shower, all soaped up and no where to go. Called the desk and they said it would be back...

Booked here on Expedia for overnight stay during transit bc of price and airport shuttle. Should've spent extra money to stay at Novotel. Found Best Western rep at BKK airport to catch shuttle. He told me to wait inside airport for shuttle. However, he disappeared to help customers with Emirates and never came back. Had to wander around to figure...

My family stayed here for one night between flights from our vacation to home. It seemed that the staff were dealing with a number of customers whose flights were canceled, and they were completely overwhelmed. Dinner at the restaurant and drinks at the pool took *forever*, but room wise it was clean, comfortable, and we received everything we asked for...
