We went on a self-driving holidays in Namibia and stayed here 2 nights. Excelent site: wide, quite private, awsome views of the surrounding mountains, very nice and clean wc. Very good conditions to cook your meals as well. Nice shop but no wifi. On the negative side, it is very dangerous to stay in because everybody that comes in (and...

There was shade, electricity, a small pool to use and a separate bathroom what I enjoyed. It is located next to a petrol-station (therefore not too calm). We were staying one night and for that it was suitable.

We hired a camper so the camp site was sufficiently equipped, complete with a beautiful resident bug and Jackal. The camp sites are arranged in a shoe horse formation and are limited in number and dispersed so as to provide privacy and tranquility. The facilities were clean and simple, not detracting from the beauty of the environment. The camp site...

This camping has the better stricture we visited, I would recommended it for everyone. Each car has its own bungalow, with two sinks, one shower and one toilet. The water has the rigth temperature, hoter than expected sometimes. But again, bet camp site we visited.

Located on 100 meter from the gateway to Sossusvlei. This is the best place to stay when your go camping. Each campsite has is own shaded facility house with toilet, kitchen area and shower. The swimming pool is in the middle of the compound. At the entrance of the camping there is a gas station, with a shop. If you...

We originally booked a place here but then found out the gates to Namib-Naukluft don't open until sunrise but if you are staying at the campsite the gates to Sossuvlei open an hour earlier. We ended up staying at the campsite but we will checked in here as well as it looked very nice. The facilities were very good. The...

Very nicely located campsites with private toilet, (outdoor) shower, basin and twined roof to get some shade in the desert. It is very close to the gate to Sossusvlei, only a minute drive. Disadvantage of this compared to a camp inside the park is that you can only enter the park after the gate opens with sunset. Would recommend this...

All the campsites are spread around the pool, they also have their own ablutions and kitchen. A good place to stay over if you want to visit Sossusvlei. There is also a fuel station and convenience store that is well stocked. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a revisit. The shop however is not as "fabulous" as the website states. Do not bargain on buying meat here and they only stock the basics. And if its very hot, make sure you bring enough ice as the ice machine struggles in the heat. The camping facilities however are...

Dear Althea, Thank you for the great rating and review. Glad you enjoyed the pool and camp facilities. We have frozen meat available at the shop and should you require something specific you can ask at the tills and we will try our best to organize what you should need. Apologies about the plugs - the previous guests 'accidentally' took...

What a beautiful and comfortable campsite! A real oasis in the dry landscape of Southern Namibia. Each campsite has its own bathroom and kitchen and is serviced everyday. The swimming pool is also great - in the Namibian heat!
