the location is close to Bormio and on the way to Livigno, sky areas and outdoor activities are close by. Convenient nice place, gentle, helpful and competent personnel, good restaurant and excellent pizza-man. We spent one night, arriving by motorbike wet like hell after a thunderstorm, they fixed for us a garage for the bike and a drying room for the clothes, then we spent the evening relaxing and well-served. Breakfast is rich and varied, with home-made cakes and lot of goodies. Definitely a place to return, highly recommended.

We are satisfied of our staying, this place is very strategic between Bormio and Livigno, we will advice this hotel to everyone with pleasure. The rooms are wonderful with a great view from balcony to the mountains. We are surprised by the skills of the staff, especially Nicola and Denis, they warmly welcomed us, also they provided all information about place. The Dinner was great one time we tried restaurant's menu and another time we tried true Naples pizza, we couldn't miss any dinner during our staying, also breakfast was wonderful. Best regards to all the Staff

It’s hard to find an hotel that is both cozy and stylish, but that’s what we found here at San Carlo. The room the gave us was clean and pretty, with a stunning view. The staff is always ready to help, and available h24. The only thing better than the organization is the food. The “pizzaiolo” is from Caserta (the very homeland of pizza). I’m my life I’ve travelled a lot (mostly in Italy) but here I ate the best pizza ever. I really can’t find any reason to don’t suggest you a vacation here.

We spent only one night in the hotel, therefore some of my impressions may not correspond to the reality. The hotel is very clean, the rooms have all the basic stuff and in the public areas there is this atmosphere of coziness. The choice for breakfast was really good and combined with the view from the cafeteria - it was perfect. The staff were very responsive and overall I can say we will definitely stop here again in the future. Now about the small things we thought could be better: - a piece of paper with the name and password of the wi-fi network could have been placed in the room - a way to regulate the temperature in the room on our own could have been much better than calling the reception to fix it centrally - the TV could have been newer Also in case you are staying here but aim at visiting Bormio and ski, then double check the distances. We had a car and it wasn't a problem at all, but it seemed to take a while to reach Bormio. The Hotel has a local pizza place/ restaurant attached to it, which we considered very helpful for making it easier to dinner when tired after the trip ))) I would definitely recommend this place for stay.…

Couldn’t have been easier. We had to stay one night before arriving in bormio. Comfortable and clean family rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Parking easy. View of grazing hinds out of the window. Love this part of the alps and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
