We stayed here while on a cycling holiday in Sicily. The accomodation is well equiped for cyclists. Our host Vito was so welcoming and helpful. Vito gave us with excellent dinner recomendations and tourist recommendations upon arrival. Vito even was kind enough to perform a small repair on one of the bikes. The room and main areas are nicely decorated and immaculately clean. In the accomodation you receive two breakfasts, first breakfast on-site and the second in a local cafe, both breakfasts were excellent with generous portions. We had forgotten a helmet in the accomodation after check- out and one of the staff had cycled to the local cafe to return it to us. I would highly recommend a stay here!

The property is located centrally in the old town, close to many shops and restaurants, and only 5 minutes from the railway station. It is amongst a maze of small streets, but is signposted in several locations, so not too hard to find. We were shown to our room which was at the end of a corridor, with a small entrance hall leading to the bedroom, which was equally small, and a bathroom which was even smaller. There was a separate wash basin in the hallway as the bathroom was too small to contain it. There was a single wardrobe, even thought it was a double room. The Breakfast room offers help-yourself tea and coffee, plus an assortment of small packaged cakes and biscuits, and Marsala wine if you want it. We found the Breakfast a bit disjointed, as only fruit & yoghurt are served at the B&B, plus drinks, and the remainder of your breakfast is served in one of the cafes in the old town, about 5 minutes walk away. Whilst you can still get a decent breakfast, it is not really as shown in the B&B photos, which show the Breakfast room laden with freshly make cake and rolls, so somewhat misleading in my opinion. The owner Vito is very helpful, and the Breakfast staff are very pleasant too.

Vito was very kind to us from the first exchanges online to book the two rooms. He helped us at our arrival to park the car properly around. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean for an interesting price. And vito offered us to get a breakfast in a nice place on the pedestrian street. So a lovely experience in a very nice city !

We had a lovely welcome from Vito who explained how everything worked, we got a room upgrade so had a small kitchen area and seating which was really good. Breakfast arrangements are as follows;- you can have a coffee or tea and various cereals, yoghurts and juices in the dining area on the first floor and or you can go to the café about 5 minutes walk away for sandwiches and pastries. It's nice to have the option of something in the B & B and then the addition of being able to have fresh sandwiches etc in the café. The streets around the B & B are very narrow and need a small car, Fiat 500 size to avoid damage, parking is free but in high season may be hard to find. This B & B is highly recommended for its cleanliness, ambience and locality.

We had a good stay here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was in very good condition. The property is in the heart of the old town, so be aware if you arrive with a bigger car, you might find it difficult to get in/out of the old town (with narrow streets some places)... The breakfast was in a bar close by, but no problem at all.
