Great stay, and a great location with incredibly lovely hosts. Sue and David were fantastic, as were their dogs, we talked whisky, and got great recommendations for our drive to Fort Williams. If I ever get the chance to go back to Dufftown, there is no place I'd rather stay.

The Davaar has old world charm with modern day amenities. Not a typical hotel by any stretch but you can't help but feel at home here. Sue and Andy are superb hosts and the breakfast is quite good. Our family of 7 ranged in age from mid 70's to an 8 year old. We all felt welcome and comfortable during...

I can totally recommend this b&b! Sue and David are so friendly and gave us a warm welcome. You get tasty breakfast with delicious homemade fruit compote. All the tips David gave us were fantastic. He really know everything about his area. Trust him :-) We hade a great time!

Spent one night here due to not being able to book anymore. Great B&B with a good location in Dufftown. Comfy beds, good showers and a nice breakfast. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely a good option if in Dufftown.

Nice b&b in Dufftown with a very friendly landlady. Quite a big room en suite in a quiet location but still in the middle of town, just round the corner to the quirky pub and restaurant The Stuart Arms .....a must., Parking on the road was no problem at all.

Great hosts, many DVDs (we watched Skyfall), the room are just what needed. Yet in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off to say that they had to change the battery. A real bother but not the owner's fault yet no commercial discount in the morning ( I didn't sleep at all starting from 4 in the...

Clean place and friendly people ( owned by a couple). Rooms are big enough, with nice decoration and the windows let plenty of light to come inside. Breakfast is a typical B&B with an English dish (eggs, sausages, beans etc), coffee etc. Very close to Glenfidich distillery and in the center of highlands. Dufftown is called as the capital of...

Friendly house in the middle of Dufftown. We stayed one night in Room 1 at the back of the house. With B&B you get what you pay for. In this case a well- proportioned room overlooking the garden with a small en-suite shower room. Very good breakfast. The weather was not particularly warm and the towels stayed damp in the...

We arrived for our two night stay to a warm and friendly greeting from Andy and Sue and Bob the Dog. Davaar is in a central location in Dufftown and only a short walk to the stunning Speyside Way. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and all lovely and quiet. There is a huge guest sitting room as well...
