We stayed for two nights and my immediate reaction was not favourable. It is looking rather tired but it had everything you need such as a fridge, en suite, clean and tidy. Just all a bit "80s" and a bit basic. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good and the host made every effort to please us....

Another of those lovely old French country town hotels situated in a small 19C town house. Room plenty spacious, we had both a twin and a double to choose from, Shower more than adequate with French plumbing to match. However this small hotel has a very fine cook. We enjoyed potage de Grandmere, a huge bowl of steaming vegetable soup,...

Whilst passing through Albert, my usual hotel was full so I took a chance on this one. It's a good location, just a minute or two stroll to the town centre. Parking is either on the street (very busy and not very wide) or in a dirt parking area across the road. There is no lift and the stairs are...

We've stayed here twice; a nice friendly and economical little French hotel, comfortable rooms, attentive staff. Buffet style breakfasts are good value and good quality. Parking available across the road on a dedicated shared car park (it appears a few reviewers can't be bothered to read signs if they're in French, even obvious ones). Ideally situated for touring the Battlefields...

Stayed 2 nights in January. Staff were great and accommodating, food was good and no issues with the rooms. Served good variety of lunch and dinner. Classic French small family hotel. Quiet town, but very close to WW1 battlefields.

my husband stayed here on our last night after a 3 week motorbike tour of France, it was lovely. we mainly stayed in our 2 man tent but this was a special treat and we were not disappointed. The manager at first seemed a bit grumpy but transformed into the chef and was very friendly, the food was first class...

This is a great location for viewing the Somme and Picardie battlefields and after a cold, rainy day exploring the CWG sites we had a wonderfully warming and authentic French meal in the hotel's dining room which seemed very popular with the locals. Always a good sign! The rooms were modest but clean and comfortable with free WiFi. We arrived...

Very Clean and Central location, walking distance from station etc. Stayed here as nowhere else available in the town, important as I travelled by train. On a Somme Remembrance visit to Becourt Cemetery, this location was ideal for me as easy walking distance of all I wanted to see. Hotel fairly basic but clean, main course of two nights dinners...

A clean hotel, great location for the somme battlefields and memorials. I requested a quiet room. 4 months previously, and got one overlooking the busy main road. (they were unable to change my room as the hotel was full) The manager appeared mortified when I asked him for coffee at breakfast time (as the communal pot was empty), he was...

We stayed in this hotel on our way down to Northern Spain. The service was friendly and helpful. All the staff were accommodating and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean if a little tired. This was ok because we only stayed one night. There is no car park so, parking in front of the hotel...
