This was our 4th stay at the Auberge les Relais during the past 25 years. We always stay overnight, and have dinner and breakfast in the wonderful restaurant. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the views serene, and the food and wine are amazing. Staff are always helpful even with our limited French. We have stayed here with our kids,...

Splendid house, very friendly and professional staff, exquisite cuisine. Just outside the Champagne region, but close enough to have a marvelous choice of champagnes and wines in the card. Very nice choice "à la carte" or in menus. Not cheap, but worth it. We will be back !

A very smart but welcoming restaurant in the Champagne region which makes great efforts across the board. We had a delicious lunch on a weekday, and were only just fitted in. All was cooked to perfection, though the sauce on our excellent beef was a bit strong to my wife's taste. Sadly it was not warm enough to eat on...

A recommendation from a French work colleague paid off after a day traipsing around domaines, hard work that it is! My daughter and I stayed for one night last week, with our little terrier. Aperitifs on the terrasse with wonderful country views followed by an exceptional dinner. The chef appeared at the end doing a tour of the tables, with...

We stopped here overnight en route to Reims. This is a lovely little hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and personable staff and we were made to feel very welcome. This isn't something I would normally say about a hotel, as being a constant traveller I get used to and almost enjoy the usual anonymous standardised checkin process, but this hotel...

This was our third visit to this lovely auberge overlooking the picturesque Marne valley in the Champagne area of France. Our room was a lovely, large, comfortable room with views over the valley and the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The bathroom and shower were excellent and the towels were lovely and thick and fluffy . Dinner and wines was superb...

We have lost count of the number of times that we have stayed here but we ensure that wherever we go to in France we make a detour to this centre of gastronomy. The comfortable rooms, the impeccable service, the delicious meals, the friendly staff all combine to make a stay here something to look forward too. Congratulations and thanks...

A comfortable and well ordered room. Lovely towels and the shower was fantastic (these things matter!). Hairdryer was as effective as if I ran along and dried my hair with the breeze. Really lovely place, felt very relaxed. Perfect in combination with a dinner downstairs too.

Comfortable inns on the road in relatively remote spots are becoming too rare in France, but this is one of them. Park at the excellent secure car park hidden at the back. We were given a warm welcome and the staff were always polite and helpful. Our room had a shower as booked and was cosy without being overdone. It...
