We were there a couple weeks ago thinking there were five bridges. (Did not stay at the hotel) and in all fairness she told us two of the bridges were out. Thinking it would still be okay to see some wildlife, we took off on our trek. Saw nothing but some butterflies. Did I mention the two bridges were out?...

The hike across suspension bridges is great but is a robbery at 17 bucks a person. We also ate lunch here and it was very basic and pre made in advance and just reheated. Would not recommend!!! The lodge we did not stay at so I cannot comment on it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for only one night but had a very good experience. The rooms are very simple with minimal lighting and no fans but everything was very clean. The bed was one of the more comfortable we slept on in Costa Rica. The breakfast was very good and all other meals were very delicious(get the fish...

What a fantastic place to enjoy nature and the local culture. So many fantastic hiking trails in the area with just as many local places to eat. Definitely would stay here again. People at the lodge are friendly, very helpful and make good authentic meals.

Went on a bird watching trip from Playa Conchal with Oliver Esquivel, who we have used previously. Prior to getting to the lodge there is some superb birding to be done on the road leading to the lodge. Once at the lodge it was off round the trail, the paths are very well maintained and the 3 hanging bridges are...

We chose this lodge to be close to the Rio Celeste. The website indicated there were ceiling fans ... no fans and you couldn't open the windows and door for all the bugs. We reserved two of the Superior Cabanas ... upon checking in, one of the cabanas had dirty towels on the floor and the beds were unmade. Lucky...

This is a rustic hotel. There is no TV nor WiFi in the rooms. It is very clean and has great views of Lake Nicaragua. The trails seem pretty well kept and the hanging bridges are great. Stayed there with my son and we both had a great experience.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel with our 2 children. The bedrooms are spacious and the view amazing. Be careful to close the window properly during the day or monkeys will come and mess with your luggage! The ecolodge is nice, people very helpful, and the restaurant good. The only thing is that we had to choose the meal...

...is an experience like no other. My wife and I arrived there after spending the morning at Volcan Tenorio. It was around 1 pm. I was starving so we went straight to the person in charge of the lodge and order two Casados with meat (one beef and one pork). Food was excellent. After that, we paid $17 each to...

I did not stay at the hotel but spend an enjoyable day there looking at their grounds. We had lunch in the restaurant and WOW. It was INCREDIBLE. Totally fresh, glorious food you might get at an organic spa. The vegetarian plate (I asked for this, it is not on the menu) has beans, rice, sqash saute, hearts of palm...
