They ran out of countless food supplies, simple stuff like butter at breakfast, Covid measures were very different to other places and made life harder than it should have been. Misinformation at reception in regards to pool bar service and the service was slow, in the buffet area they were very under staffed.

This hotel is so lovely. Everywhere within the hotel there is a calm, relaxed feel. It is situated a little way out of the town of Zahara which is great as the town gets very busy in the evenings. If you like parties, entertainment etc do not come here, however if you want to completely relax, do! The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are spotless and the air conditioning made the room extremely comfortable in the high August temperatures. Situated a couple of minutes away from the beach but if you fancy a little morning hike then take the cross-country path to Playa El Cañuelo. A stunning beach with crystal clear water. Note, it is a recognized naturist beach.

This is a great hotel, small enough but with all the amenities you can expect. We had a Junior suite which was stunning. Paula at reception was lovely and the restaurant staff also. Food is very good. The bet things are the size of the rooms, views of sunset and the lovely garden with a small walk to the beach which goes on for miles.

We spent one night in this hotel and decided that we want more! Booked another night Room is very clean, nicely decorated! Comfortable bed Room with the sea view has a little terrace to enjoy the view. All territory of the hotel is very beautiful, green, quiet On the rooftop you can find a small but beautiful pool to enjoy the sunset and a bar Only few minutes walk from the beach Variety of choices for breakfast
