We biked the hauraki rail trail each day, came back for hours of fun swimming in the pool, playing on the 8 metre high flying fox and awesome adventure play ground. We stayed in a cottage one weekend which is clean and tidy then came back the next week and stayed in a cabin( no bathroom) facilities were spotless ....

We camped here in 2013 and had a good time. They had a dog friendly area on the right of the grounds which included some tent sites and cabins. That area was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for us to play with our dog. Other campers with dogs were there too and there were no problems. The...

This Holiday Park looks very run down and unkept. My gf and I stayed for one night in our tent, and I have never seen so many bugs in my life, the shower was full of them. Everything just looked old and in dire need of renovation. I would only recommend staying here if you had a tent, were trying...

I have stayed here before and I must say that the Holiday Park is getting better. The playground was marvellous for the kids and they really enjoyed having so much to do, play and explore on - we could hardly keep them off it. Our room was clean and tidy, but not completely suitable for our needs as a family...

We had a great weekend there with our 5 and 7 yr old. Lots of things for kids to do - great playground, go-carts, pools were kid friendly (shallow kids pool was great for our kids who can't swim yet), and hot pools. Facilities were clean. We didnt have to use the kitchen but showers were clean most of the...

For me it was more than I was expecting, for my wife it was the complete opposite. Plenty to do for kids and adults, billiards, BBQ room, pool, farm animals, play area with swings, obstacle courses, slide, trampoline, tons of open space for the kids to run around, and a zip line! Free wi-fi was a convenient amenity but even...

We camped here with two kids. There was so many activites for the kids there, that you just don't find at other camp sites. A massive flying fox, obstacle course and three pools kept the kids from driving us nuts LOL. It was clean and tidy, had everything you need in a campsite. You could even take your furry family...

We booked a cottage for an intergenerational overnight family trip to Te Aroha. Booking was really quick and easy. We arrived in pouring rain and high winds but had a warm welcome from Anna. The cottage was basic (this is budget accommodation) but had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We have a 3 year old daughter and I...

This is a decent holiday park with a nice play area for kids and powered sites for RVs.The staff was friendly and there is a nice view of the mountains from the park. Unfortunately, while we were there the women's bathroom was being upgraded, which meant there was only one shower/toilet facility for both sexes. It would've been nice to...

I brought family there for 2 days The price was ridiculous. Honestly, we should have just stayed in a tent. The room or hut, you could call i,t was not very sanitary. Toilet had issues kept backing up even before anyone used it. Smell was unbelievable. Would not recommend this place.
