It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are simple with a safe and has some air conditioning . The staff is very friendly and they have a nice breakfast in the morning . You can rent a chair and umbrella from one of the hotels on the beach for €20. The beach is a very short walk away with several restaurants and shops along the street.
We had a weekend 3 day 2 nights stay at this splendid B&B. Clean and simple hotel. There was this very nice Signora, i think she is the owner of the place. She continuously clean the place and take note "with a smile". We reccomend you guys to consider staying here. People are very nice.
Easy to find, the rooms were nice and clean, maybe a bit small shower-space but who cares when you are staying at a beautiful location as Castiglioncello! The staff was very nice and helpfull, best service ever! Good english-speakers (wich not always the case in Italy) Breakfast was great. Just a small walk down to the beach (2mins) and only takes 10min to walk to the city-center. With the 2 stars in mind and the price/night we cannot give Hotel Costa Verde less than 5/5. Much recommended!
This is one of the wors hotels I have stayed at. First of all, as an American, we are the minority. We were probably the only Americans, the only English speaking people in the hotel, and the whole town. The restaurants were AMAZING because it was true Italian food, but this hotel was horrible. We had four people and in the room there was a king bed and then a bunk bed. The bunk bed felt like it was going to fall over. The sheets and comforters were disgusting. Very outdated. The bathroom was bad too. The shower was very small and just weird. The only good thing about this hotel is the air conditioning was probably the best I experienced in Italy, and the location. It was very close to the Mediterranean Sea but other than that, I could NOT wait to get in the car and drive far away from this hotel. Breakfast was also very strange. It was like a breakfast inclded thing, but nothing really familiar. LOOK INTO OTHER HOTELS!!!…
