First of all - before I get into the details about the hotel, Castiglioncello is a very strange place to go on holidays to. Make sure before you go that you know what you're getting yourself into! Myself and my boyfriend came here for 3 nights at the end of a 9-day trip in Italy (3 nights in Rome and...

I chose to go to this hotel due to the positive reviews on here, it was a very good choice! It is very easy to get to the beach and to the local cafes and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful including, lending us an I phone charger because ours broke. The breakfasts are amazing especially if you have a sweet...

Hotel Atlantico is very central for the beach and train station. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was self service from 7am and cooking eggs was no trouble with fresh orange, meats and cheeses and a copious number of sweet pastries. We did not eat dinner at the Atlantico. Castiglioncello is not a large resort. There is a small...

Location: Very good Room: Good and normal (We had two rooms) View from the room: Beautiful (4th floor) Service: Excellent Price: Normal This is a typical Italian family hotel with very likable colleagues. It is very nicely renovated. Unfortunately sometimes we felt the smell of spa in the building.

Very impressive 3 star hotel punching well above its weight. Very helpful and knowledgable staff - told us all the best places to go. Lovely pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) and fantastic breakfast buffet (I have never seen so many cakes!!) Great location for the town and beaches. Castiglioncello has a real faded charm ... a real find!

This is a hotel where everything is possible. The family who run it was very friendly and made our stay excellent. We were taking part in a concert in Lajatico with Andrea Bocelli and the youngsters of the family took us there. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh orange juice and a lot of homemade cakes. Big private parking and...

Enjoyable holiday after a shaky start! - they forgot about our airport transfer and had to hastily arrange an alternative (at a discount). Nice room, comfortable bed. We requested a room with a balcony and were provided with a spacious balcony with table, chairs and a sun lounger. Buffet breakfasts were good, especially if you like sweet dishes. Omelettes could...

The personnel is extremely kind, the breakfast was excellent, both the italian pastries and the continental buffet. The wedding dinner was amazing.Prices are also very good....

A very well run, clean, friendly, family run hotel a short walk from the town and slighter longer walk to the nearest beach. Our room was well air conditioned although others in our party were not quite as lucky as theirs were not as efficient. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets each day - a real...
