We travelled here from Logrono on our way to Madrid after 10 days walking on the Camino. We didn't think we could be enchanted any more after all we had seen on our trek, but Medinaceli was amazing and this lovely quaint hotel - La Ceramica - was delightful, welcoming and so comfortable. Angel even helped by collecting us and returning us to the bus stop in the main town. We loved the town and wandered around for hours taking in the architecture, enjoying tapas and cold drinks in a couple of bars and meeting the lovely locals. Could not recommend visiting Medinaceli and La Ceramica more. You wont be disappointed.

While on a trip with friends in Spain we thankfully stumbled upon the wonderful town of Medinaceli. Even better, we found the amazing La Ceramica as our place to stay during our time in town. The lovely owners, Angel and Luisa, warmly greeted us upon arrival. The accommodations were comfortable and so very charming. The lunch was spectacular!!!! This was a wonderful place to unplug from the world. I highly recommend considering eating and staying at La Ceramica.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night in the most wonderful boutique hotel located centrally in the small, enchanting city of Medinaceli. The hotel is lovely in every way and is a reflection of the gracious proprietors, Angel and Luisa. The rooms are clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home, including the free WiFi. The included breakfast was deliciously simple and was a perfect start to our day. We also had an amazing traditional Spanish lunch (indulgent!) meticulously prepared by Luisa with each dish better than the last. Two of our favorites were the melt in your mouth calamari fritte and the most succulent (and largest!) beef cheeks we have ever tasted. Highly recommend this little gem on the hilltop. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We were pleasantly surprise when we drove in to the town, just breath takingly beautiful. Although there was a little mix up with regards to our booking, the owner took care of the problem promptly and really wasn't an issue. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We were served a simple breakfast. The hotel is dog friendly and Charley Pooh was made very welcome Thank you for a lovely stay 🌞
