Great B&B, the owner is really nice, the bed super comfy (but I do like a hard mattress). the bathroom clean and tidy, the room has what it needs. Fantastic views from the conservatory - we got sun and driving rain all in the two days we were here. Lovely breakfast, Icelandic style = healthy, packed with energy for a...

We stayed there with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed it. Lovely spacious room with beautiful view to the sea, very confortable and cozy. The hosts were very friendly, interesting to talk to and get to know more about the area and history. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Will be coming back!

Sudur-Bar was our last lodging during our 10 day self-tour of Iceland. We stayed in the separate guesthouse with a private bath. It's basic but wonderfully charming. The bathroom was obviously new and care was taken to coordinate the decor (we women notice these things). We were delighted to find we had a small refrigerator - large enough to keep...

We were in Iceland for almost two weeks, and we stayed here our first night. We had a room with a private bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, and I daresay one of the most comfortable that we had during the entire trip. The house was quiet, even though there were a fair number of other guests in the house....

We loved this guesthouse. And spent 2 nights. Our room was spacious with sink in the room. We did not have a bathroom in room. It was not a problem. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's on a horse farm and we enjoyed petting the horses. Breakfast is plentiful. There is no kitchen access but, we were able...

Didn't manage to book a room with en-suite and didn't like hanging about in my room doorway waiting on the toilet/shower becoming available in the mornings - should have booked earlier! No hairdryer in room. TV lounge for residents. Clean and tidy rooms but they were quite basic and bare. Single beds - but comfortable. Breakfasts were typical Icelandic. Stunning...

We stayed 1 night in 1 of the 2 rooms in the separate guest house. It was well equipped and comfortable. People were very friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit small and the room could be noisy if the next door neighbours were rowdy Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

We stayed at this lovely guesthouse with another couple we are traveling with through Iceland. The moment we saw it we were sorry we were only staying one night. We were greeted by Anna, a lovely, helpful manager. She gave us an orientation to the property and when she found out we had an early ferry to catch she planned...

This guest house has great views across a fjord and is only a short drive away from Grundarfjörður where there are places to eat, and the photographer's honey pot, Kirkjufell, the iconic mountain that featured in the film The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. A car is essential. Our double room was sited on the second floor in the main...

What an amazing location! We had one of the two cabin rooms and it was just perfect! Can't say enough good about the stunning, amazing, breathtaking view the cabin has. The interior is simple yet up to date and has everything you need (hair dryer on request at no charge) Since my hubby got a bit of a cold, also...
