We complained & the manager was very apologetic & gave us a voucher for a meal for 4. We returned last night to use the voucher & hope...

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was in a lovely quiet location not far from walking routes in the new forest. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was lovely and the gin selection was very good!

We ate in the restaurant where the food was very good and plenty of choice. Our room overlooked the garden and was comfortably furnished. Only problem was no mirror near the socket when using hairdryer. We...

Booked here for my Mum's 80th birthday for 18 of us for Sunday lunch. Fabulous communication before the day and excellent service and food on the day. A massive platter with a selection of all roast meats and plenty of potatoes and vegetables. Beautiful peaceful garden.

Stayed here for one night before an important all day business meeting. Was greeted well in the bar and shown to my room. Seemed a bit strange that breakfast was only served between 8-10 so plumped for 8:00 as I had to be at the meeting at 9:00 (5 minutes away) A big room at the front of the pub...
