I was very disappointed with the facilities of BASA HOTEL! Especially our room, we got a lot of terrifying experiences; there's a lot of lizards and small cockroaches inside the room and the the toilet also got unexplained smell plus the water pressure of shower got very very low, the aircondition unit is too noisy we couldn't sleep properly! Even...

The service staff is quite friendly but the facilities of the hotel really need a lot of improvement. The furniture is very very very old, TV is like from 20-30 yrs ago,and the paint of the wall is old, the air conditioner is also very noisy all the time. At night, there is also many wall lizards in the room.

Its worth the money. What I like about this hotel is they have a hot and cold shower and they are very accommodating and polite. Its near from the airport and they also strong wifi connection everywhere.

We rented 2 rooms for one night before a morning flight and received a warm welcome. Rooms are basic but good for the price. We liked the breakfast and the hotel manager drove us for free to Kalibo airport. We enjoyed evening pizzas and squid dish. For poker players, the hotel organises evening tournaments.

This is easily one of the worst hotels in Kalibo. The facade will fool you to think that the facilities are top notch but, it will only leave you disappointed. Is more like a pensionne house than a hotel. Book only as a last choice.

We stayed in this hotel for a night before and after Boracay as transit between. It's a basic hotel in a very good location as it is a few mins ride by tricycle away from the Kalibo International Airport, Bakhawan Eco Park and the Aklan Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre (a few places that we visited while in Kalibo) Simple,...

She makes Basa Hotel the best hotel on this side of the planet. The owner is very nice too. He picked us up at where we were and brought us...

The best part of the trip was when you get to meet good and genuine people. The hotel was pretty accessible from the airport, maybe 3-5mins away. The food from Abregana, was good especially their Buffalo Wings. I was glad that we got to meet the owners of Basa Hotel. They even assisted us and lent us his grandson's stroller...
