I stayed in the Kos Aktis from 8th August for a week. I had mailed the hotel a few times before we arrived about certain things. They couldn't have been more helpful. They booked ferry tickets for us which were waiting for us when we arrived. Every one we met on reception was friendly polite and extremely helpful. I have...

We have been coming to Kos for many years in order to travel on to Lipsi and we usually have to stay a night on the way out and back as boat times and plane times never coincide. This year on our return journey we decided to try this hotel as a treat and it was money well spent. It...

What is important to mention with this three-storey hotel is that it is located above two very busy restaurants and bars. It is very badly isolated and extremely noisy everywhere even with closed windows. At the first floor, it is absolutely unbearable. Moreover, the bedding is very bad (tight bed and uncomfortable mattress); the staff is arrogant, unconcerned and impolite...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding Kos Aktis Art Hotel, following your recent stay. We are truly sorry for your disappointing experience with us. This hotel is in s perfect spot for visiting Kos Town , sitting right by the sea it's truly relaxing . The only downfall is no beach privately owned and the towns beaches next door are a little gruby . There is a small deck to sit out but it's too hot . The sister hotel is a small walk...

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience in tripadvisor, after your recent stay in Kos Aktis Art Hotel. We are pleased to read that you had such a lovely time with us! We highly appreciate your remarks, Kos Aktis Art Hotel is indeed located in a very priviledged location, overlooking the Aegean. As for the beach, all beaches at...

I'm currently staying in the hotel and absolutely loving it. I've spent the whole morning sitting on the balcony just staring to the sea. Amazingly beautiful. Breakfast is excellent with big variety of choices. Service in the hotel goes an extra mail in everything they do. In the restaurant they always bring you a glass of cold water before taking...
