Very good apart from the food being very basic. However they do have a pancake making stand where you can go and watch them make the food. We ate at the restaurant over the road 'Nikita's' and found there food very nice. There was a very odd smell in our room as we arrived but one of the receptionists seemed...

How this hotel still has 4 stars is a mystery to me. First time in Greece, so I don't know if they have lower standards in general or if it just bad choice of hotel. The rooms need updating, lots of problems with AC and not just in our case. Everyone I spoke to said they weren't happy with the...

This was my first all inclusive and I was a bit worried as the price we paid was really low for one week in Greece. The reviews don't give good impressions as well. But when we arrived at Atlantis, all the concerns were gone. The hotel met all the expectations we had. The staff is very friendly, speaks English very...

My second home ... Love it. They have a private Beach for the hotel. Nice people and very friendly. That's why i go for 14 years now. If you do nor want to stay in the busy center. It's not far away from the town. So the perfect place to be. Relaxed and bear by the center of Kos Town.

On arrival at Atlantis my son and family were given their room cards and directed through hotel to the lifts, my husband and I given key and led by receptionist outside. I commented were we in the bungalows I had noticed. No she replied but if you don't like your room let us know. Alarm bells rang then. We were...

The family room was very clean, air conditioned at no extra cost, no bugs etc, with nice balcony. The food was great, Very nice and lots of it,...

When reading other reviews i think that either I have low standards or am easily pleased! This hotel is fine....not terrible and not amazing. Despite Brits being a minority, the staff all spoke lovely English and were all very helpful and polite, even when dealing with impatient and rude guests! We mostly ate at the pool restaurant, less choice but...

Stayed 1 week all inclusive (£582pp) through jet2 but wont be in a hurry to go back. Hotel itself is nice, we stayed in 1 of challets which was litteraly a 30 second walk to the beach which was stunning with stunning views of neighbouring islands. Pool area was also impressive with 3 different pools. You also get free tickets...

The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. Public areas are kept clean and tidy. Rooms ok albeit a bit basic with rock hard beds. Nice surrounding gardens and great pool areas. The food is low quality and tasteless and was described by one guest as dog food. The food repeats itself each day with a different meat...
