We all had such a wonderful time, facilities are excellent, and the staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you, very polite and always engaging in conversation. Location is quite, towards the back of Kos Town, however plenty of facilities within a short walk. Plenty of returnees, which speaks volumes. A nice piece of luxury.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel , couldn’t fault it, from the very beginning the staff were superb 💯 girls on the front desk were very friendly and helpful ,bar/restaurant staff were great and made us feel very welcome , the food in the hotel was of a very high standard , chef and kitchen staff also great , accommodation was nice , but there was 4 of us in a family room next time we would book 2 rooms as it was a little cramped , pool area is beautiful relaxing and spotlessly clean , overall I would give our stay here 10/10 and we will definitely be returning soon

Great hotel and lovely staff. We felt at home! Their rooms are big enough and very modern. The hotel is surrounded by Palmer trees, which looks very charming and exotic. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is very nice and funny! we took the formula with breakfast and dinner. The food is tasty and the quantities very good. Only con: at dinner, they charge for drinks, even for water. Overall, we had a very nice stay and I highly recommend this hotel :)

The hotel itself is wonderful, it has everything you would want: bar, pool, restaurant, clean rooms etc. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours so we arrived later than expected at about 11pm and were really gratefully welcomed with a fresh Greek salad had been made for us at no extra charge as it was too late to go out for dinner. In addition there was a really friendly man who served us orange juice every morning for breakfast as soon as we sat down. The location is very good for the price and the town and beach are just a short walk away. In addition the rooms are absolutely impeccably clean. I think that this is a great hotel for the price and location and I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Kos. Only negative: As mentioned by another review the neighbours have cockerels and dogs which do start to make noise at about 6am. As a deep sleeper myself I was unaffected by this but my boyfriend was woken up most mornings. This is nothing that the hotel has any control over but it is worth noting you may want to sleep with the doors to the balcony shut.

Stayed here during the last week of October. Hotel about two thirds full, so felt very safe with the current COVID restrictions. Hotel is very stylish, modern and sleek. Lovely pool and sunbathing area, rooms very comfortable. We stayed upstairs in block 2 which had a good balcony overlooking farm land. The facilities in the hotel are good, breakfast was really well presented, lots of fresh local produce and you could order omelettes, pancakes, eggs etc. Ate lunch here on a few occasions and apart from being a tad expensive, it was good quality. Drinks are a little pricey (3.50 Euros for a bottle of water). Kos town is around 10/15 minutes walk to the harbour. A great choice of bars and a wide variety of restaurants, reasonably priced. Where the hotel falls short of it receiving 5 stars is down to the staff, not the most friendly or indeed helpful. To make guests feel like an inconvenience and sometimes down right rude, really let’s this hotel down. Such a shame, as it won’t be somewhere we return to.
