On arrival at 2am we were told that the 6 rooms we had booked were not available and we had to share 4 rooms for 2 nights of our 7 days holiday!! This meant splitting up husbands, wives,...

Stayed at this hotel july 2011 and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had in Greece. Very good hotel, comfortable rooms, big balconies facing the sea, very friendly and pleasant staff. Our holidays in Kos were excellent. And one of the reasons is definitely the choice to stay at Philippion Hotel.

Number one problem were the cockroaches. Also the swimming pool was on the ground floor and our room was something like an underground smelly room below the pool level!Of course the manager had forgot to inform us about ... Try your luck elsewhere please

The hotel was in several ways unacceptable!!The rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom. The aircondition didn't work and as a result we were freezing in the room (it was winter period) and although they came twice to fix it it still didn't work properly and they didn't even propose to change us room although the hotel was almost empty. Moreover...

Got the keys to our room and the aircon remote. He then showed us to our room. We hadnt been able to book a sea view but our room was...

We booked our holiday through Thomsons and to say we were surprised is an understatement. We didnt realise how big the apartments were and we even had our own sofa (but it did have a few suspect stains on it). The cleanliness was generally ok apart from the other couple on the trip had sick behind their bin and after...
