We chose this B&B for the view and would do so again. The view (and the sound) of the ocean is really splendid. We left the balcony door open ar night to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves. Other than that the rioms are neat and clean with a decent sized bathroom. Considering this is only a 2* it certainly ranks in the upper league and the prices seem justyfied for what is offered here.

We paid some 110 euro per night for a room with "sea view". The hotel is situated on the beach, so this is an understatement. In addition, you get sea hear! You go to sleep and wake up surrounded with the sound of waves washing in, it's just wonderful. Great experience and totally worth the money. Apart from that, the hotel is rather unremarkable in every aspect. A few sloppy things like a missing light bulb, a broken shower head support , non-functional hair dryer and inferior fridge reveals that management could step up their game a little bit. Breakfast is a joke, better off having it on the bakery just up the street. Nevertheless, I would go there again at this price point.

Couldn't ask for a better location, rooms are quite small but exceptionally clean, and staff were all lovely. Breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the clear blue sea was also pretty special. Great place.

What a fabulous hotel. The rooms are great - get one with sea view and spend the evening listening to the waves crashing against the rocks. It’s beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy. The hosts and staff are welcoming and friendly. Fabulous location, right on the beach and a stroll to the wonderful restaurants. We will return to the lovely Beau Rivage.

We stayed for 6 nights. Very quick check in, 2nd floor room 17, Big room with a double and single bed, also two balconies overlooking sea. Bed very comfortable, Kettle and fridge in the room Small bathroom with very good shower, always hot water There's air conditioning but we preferred to open the patio doors. Rooms face roughly north, our second balcony faced east, so got early morning sun. Hotel very clean throughout and staff all very pleasant and helpful Lovely continental breakfast served buffet style, including boil your own eggs either on the sun terrace or in breakfast room. One of the best we've had in a small hotel. Access to the beach down a few steps or short walk along the road Great for swimming. Reception usually closed after around 9 pm so guests have an access code. Free Wifi good although had to reconnect each day. Lots of restaurants close by We flew into Bastia, took around 2hrs to drive over via St Florent, took 1hr 30 mins back via Ponte Vechia. Free parking available at hotel. We would love to return someday

Stayed for 7 nights on the beautiful island of Corsica, not really knowing anything about it. Algajola is in an ideal spot between L'lle Rousse and Calvi. The hotel is right on the lovely sandy beach; the bar does the best Pina Colada ever. Sunbeds on their private beach are only 15E, breakfast it was well worth 8E. Good Wifi, air con, fridge, tea/coffee, safe, the room was so close to the water we could have jumped in from the bedroom balcony. Really cannot recommend highly enough

Simple, but very complete family owned hotel, where customer service comes naturally to the staff. We had everything we desired: Breakfast is simple but high quality, super fresh products are used. Location could not be better. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel was a "coup de coeur" for me and reminded me the hotel de la plage from the famous movie of Jacques Tati. Absolutely great location by all means and a terrasse on the beach with an incredible view of the beach and the mountains. Great breakfast too. Wow !

My husband & I visited Algajola last year when we were on a 5 month trip around Europe. We saw the Beau Rivage hotel & thought what a beautiful location. Subsequently I booked a week & we have just spent a week at this gorgeous hotel. For us it has everything we enjoy about a hotel it's small cosy extremely clean with the most superb location, great staff with probably one of the best views. The village is great with restaurants & a few bars, there is also a fantastic train service to take you into Calvi & I'll Rousse . We don't usually go back but I'm sure we will revisit this hotel.

Very well located and lovely hotel, just on the beach. Nice staff. Lovely terrace for breakfast in the morning, real sea view rooms. Apparently, there are 2 categories of sea view rooms, one with balcony on higher floor, the another without balcony on the second floor, both are good, but personally, I suggest sea view room with balconly. Room size is a little bit small, but cozy and clean. Nice shower with nice shampoo and shower gel. A big beach is just located in front of the hotel. You had better rent a car to travel around.
