My Fiance and I checked into this guest house when we were in Colombo last December. Its located in Nawala not too far from central Colombo.
The house itself was big with many rooms and there were other guests from various countries. We used the master bed room which was very big with a king size bed, en-suite with a bath..
Breakfast was included in the room price but inform them if you would like have it.
The owner Keerthi was kind enough to let us check in early and to check out late without an extra charge and we stayed out late few nights since it was Christmas but owner was happy to open the gate to let us in even at 2 am.
Overall, the place was great for what you pay and we would definitely come back when we are in SL next time.

Bijzonder huis. Vriendelijke familie, die je graag van dienst is. Ruime kamer in een zeer rustige omgeving.
Erg prettig was het dat we na onze overnachting 's avonds nog gebruik mochten maken van de kamer (douchen, omkleden) voordat we naar de luchthaven vertrokken.
Een prettige ervaring in de verder hectische hoofdstad.
