We stayed here for two nights for a wedding. It's a great place to stay. Big room. Comfy beds. Lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed. I left some belongings behind and he even posted them back to me no problem. A gent and lovely to deal with. Will definitely stay at Barkers again.

Making our way leisurely from Dingle to Spanish Point my wife and I stayed at Barkers B&B for one night on 14 June 2019 before visiting the Cliffs of Moher and proceeding to Galway the following day. Our stay at Barkers B&B was enjoyable and memorable. The hosts were both welcoming and hospitable, and most helpful. Their recommendation of a restaurant for dinner in nearby Milltown Malbay was ideal. The breakfast was pleasurable and filling, setting us up for the rest of the day while proceeding to Galway. In short we recommend Barkers B&B and do so highly.

We met Noel on arrival very nice man. Offered to drop us down the road when ready but we decided to take the car to sight see. Our room very quaint, warm and cosy. Clean and welcoming. There was a small sitting room for our use to make tea, coffee. also a fridge for our convenience. The weather was very warm so the room was very warm only 1 small window could be opened others screwed down. Noel said we could have a lie in no pressure but we didnt realise that the continental breakfast on offer would stop at 10.00 regardless. He said we could get breakfast roll local garage. Beautiful area every place handy for walking distance,Thought it abit pricey for just a bed. We did enjoy the whole experience had a lovely time there.

Beautiful, very light two rooms and a luxurious en suite. I arrived at the end of my tether, after a mammoth day's bike ride and was very much helped by a cup of sweet tea. Thank you SO much for washing my clothes in the morning and for your kind and open conversations about life and love, Noel. Your carpentry and creativity were utterly inspiring.

Rally clean room, great service and generous breakfast. The owners were very helpful with information on the area, offered to give us a lift to the restaurant we had booked. It was only a ten min walk to pubs and restaurants near the guest house

I was attending a wedding in the Armada. Noel & Phil so welcoming. Phil drove me down to hotel. 1km away. Taxis cost €5. Very comfortable room & lovely breakfast. Located in a quiet area so a great nights sleep guaranteed. A perfect place to stay.

I was attending a wedding in Spanish Point and had a lovely stay here. Noel and Pat are lovely friendly people - Noel dropped me down to the hotel for the event itself and in the morning even though I rose late they still made me breakfast. Had a lovely stay!

An amazing stay with one of the most hospitable and inviting host couples. By car great location between Spanish Point (excellent swimming) and 10 minute walk into Milltown Malbay (great pubs with traditional music). Terrific base to explore the magic of Clare. We’ll definitely be back.
