The B&B Hotel near Disneyland® Paris is often described as offering a clean and comfortable atmosphere with a Disney flair, though some question if the theming is worth the cost. Guests appreciate the hotel's value and location, with convenient access to the theme park and local amenities, including complimentary buses. However, opinions on the service are mixed, ranging from helpful to unresponsive. Room experiences also vary, with some guests finding them to be basic but clean, while others note issues with space and noise. Amenities are seen as fundamental, with calls for more child-friendly options, though the overall cleanliness of the hotel is consistently commended.

Just stayed here for our visit to Disneyland paris, we are annual pass holders so just wanted somewhere cheap to stay. The hotel was a great loaction, only 8 minute drive to the parks (there is a free shuttle bus but we didnt use this) We were 3 adults and 1 child, the hotel provided a cot for my daughter and there was a double and 2 single beds in the room. There was still plenty of space. The bathroom was fine, it had a shower over a very small bath (only my daughter used the bath)
We only use the room for a place to sleep nothing more so basic is fine for us. Breakfast was included in the price. There were pastries, toast, meats, cheese, yoghurts, breads, hot drinks and juice ect. There were also poached eggs both mornings we were there. Food was good and filled us up for the day. Check in took 5 minutes and we didnt need to check out just left the hotel (you have a code to get in and out of the room not a card or key)
I couldnt really fault this hotel for what we needed it for and i wouldnt hesitate to stay again

A visit to Disney Land is already pretty expensive, but if you want to see it all, you'll need a second day... extra expensive. Well, our stay at B&B Hotels was a relief for my wallet. We paid a bit over €150 for 2 nights for 2, braekfast and cancellation included. In addition, there's a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and back (it takes around 10min). Park your car at the hotel, take the shuttle bus and avoid a €30 parking fee at Disney Land.

The rooms are extremely roomy, beds are OK and shower temperature + pressure are fine. We were a unlucky with our neighbours upstairs, I don't know if there was tap dance rehearsal or they brought their pet elephant along... We are talking about a budget hotel, so we have to keep this in mind.

Breakfast was alright too, but there's a sour odor in the breakfast / dining area. This made us choose to bring our diner back to our room instead of dining there. Price for food and drinks is pretty steep, but it seems to be tipical in that area.

Overall, I would certainly recommend a stay there.

Basic, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, efficient staff, easy shuttle service to and from DLP.
Check in is at 3pm, arrive earlier and you can store your luggage in lockers for 2€ (returnable).
We had a family room, 1 double bed, 2 singles, comfy beds, temperature control in the rooms, plenty of storage, hangers etc, no drawers, tv, hairdryer and towels are supplied. Bathroom was standard, no frills but good shower. Loo roll, shower gel provided. No carpet so take your slippers if you need comfy feet!
Breakfast was simple, croissants, breads, poached eggs, hams, cheeses, butters, jams, yoghurts, cereals, coffee, juice and water. It can get manic so be patient.
Free shuttle too/from the park, first for pick up and last for drop off. Be prepared for the crowds! Shuttle takes about 8mins there and 25mins back.
There is a bar serving snacks, pizzas, pasta, salads and you can take food and drink to your rooms, perfect after long days and you just want to chill and wind down. There is a games room, a kitchenette with drinks and snacks machines and microwaves and a seating area. There is a Disney gift shop selling souvenirs.
Staff at the hotel are friendly and efficient, service was quick and straight forward.
My only negative is that we had noisy kids running, screaming, jumping on beds etc quite close to our room and sometimes quite late at night but we certainly weren’t going to complain, it is Disney after all!
A good hotel for a good price if you just want a decent base.

We stayed for a weekend (Thursday-Sunday) and selected this hotel based on location, free breakfast and free shuttle to Disney.

We arrived at the Marnee Le Valee train station and took the free shuttle to the hotel. You need to find the platform for Hotels du Valee du France and make sure the bus you board says B&B, as they serve a few different hotels. This process was easy and very efficient. The shuttle comes every 20 to 30 minutes and it’s about a 10 minute to the hotel.

We waited approximately 5 minutes for check in, which was fine. The front desk staff speak good English and covid safe measures are evident in the lobby. Other covid safe measures include mask wearing in all public areas of the hotel.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with a nice view over the grounds. The rooms are quite small (we had a standard double), but adequate when you spend most of your time at Disney. We had a fully opening window which was great. We found the mattress to be quite firm and the pillows a little thin, but staff happily supplied extra pillows when we asked at the front desk. The doors are accessed by pin code only, no keys. There are no safes in the rooms. We were at the end of quite a long corridor so if you have any mobility issues you may wish to make this clear when booking. There is an elevator and current covid rules state that you should only ride with your own family/ party. We only had someone try to join us once so most people were respectful of this.

The included breakfast is continental style including bread, croissants, cereal, meat & cheese cold cuts, yogurt, jam/Nutella and fruit. There is also juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. All was plentiful and good quality. The dining area is pretty spacious and there is also outdoor seating available. The dining hall also serves dinner but we ate at the parks or Disney village. Outside of meals times there are vending machines for snacks and hot or cold drinks, but these are quite expensive with prices close to what you would pay at the parks.

Overall this was a good stay and very reasonable prices, we would definitely stay here again.

Arrived Monday, had to wait for 5 hours before we were allowed to check in though no check in time was visible when booking. Asked for extra pillows on booking, and none given.
Wednesday night fire alarm went off at 3:40am. Walked downstairs to be told by maintenance it was just an accident and not real. No apologies from him, or from staff at breakfast at all.
At 10am on day of departure (Friday) asked reception if a late checkout was possible (should have been 11am), and was told we could stay in room till 12. At approx 10:45am cleaner walked into room whilst my wife sat on toilet just before getting in shower (completely undressed). He didn't knock at all, or hesitate to open the door. Positioning of room meant mirror was right opposite my wife, and visible from the door so the cleaner 100% saw my wife. He immediately left, but without any apology again.
Not impressed by overall stay.

Location is great. The buses to and from Disney arrive on time. Although there are not many selections for breakfast, I would say this is still better than the other hotels considering the price range. The vending machines inside the hotel are also useful. I like the fact that the rooms do not need a key card anymore but just to enter a code which is safer. Staff are also very friendly and informative.

As the toilet is of modest size, it would be great that the shower area is fully enclosed in order to avoid water leaks when showering. Since we do not want the bathroom floor too wet, we need to consider this when showering which is a hassle. Also it would be great to have a soap dispenser in the sink and not just in the shower area.

With five of us going to Disney (3 adults and 2 kids) it was never going to be cheap and staying in any of the park located Disney hotels was off the cards due to price.

Location

Perfectly fine, the bus takes 10-15mins depending on if you are first or last pick up, it does get busy and the scenes after last fireworks were unsafe to say the least with no queuing and a real chance of being squashed, avoid these times where possible and its good.

The Room

Its basic, but if you are at Disney and spending time in your room when not asleep, you are doing it wrong. A double bed, a bunk and a single bed in the one room, couple this with a compact bathroom and you have what you need for a decent nights sleep. We also arrived 2 hours before check in and were given the room keys straight away which is always appreciated.

Facilities

The breakfast is your usual continental breakfast, cheeses, hams, pastries, yoghurts and drinks. In the hotel there is a games room a small 'social' area with drinks machines and a small shop. Food is also available throughout the day. If you have a late flight there are storage lockers for cases so you can enjoy the park before departure.

As I have already said if you are after a place to sleep and are on a 'budget' then the B&B is just for you

Lovely hotel and very convenient for Disneyland. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless with a nice family feel. The room was nice and a good size and is cleaned daily to a good standard. The Only issue with the room is that the shower/ bath was tiny and a little hard to use if you are over about 5 foot but we didn’t mind as the rest of the hotel made up for it. The food is lovely however the choice is tiny and if you have fussy eaters you may struggle. Breakfast consists of croissants, toast and 3 choices of cereal and the evening snack bar has pasta or pizza. Despite this we very much enjoyed our stay, we visited in October and the hotel went all out with the decorations for Halloween which we were very impressed with. The staff are friendly and helpful, one gave us very thorough directions on the best way to travel into Paris and to the Eiffel Tower which we appreciated as trains and metros can be difficult to navigate abroad.
For Disneyland this hotel is ideal, it has a shuttle bus to Disney about every 10 minutes and is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel also offers free parking which was a bonus. Overall I would rate this hotel 8.5 out of 10 just because of the limited food choice, everything else was spot on. Would definitely recommend and we would use again without hesitation.

Excellent value for money hotel if you are planning a family visit to Disneyland Paris. We spent 5 nights here in July 2022 as a family of 3 travelling with a 5 year old.

Rather than getting train or shuttle bus from CDG airport we took an Uber costing around €50 one way to the hotel.

We found check in took around 20 mins and as we arrived around 10am we couldn’t access room until after 3pm. We also collected our Disney passes from reception as we booked directly with Disney. We decided to leave luggage in the lockers just outside the hotel so we could take shuttle to the park and enjoy some time there.

Accommodation
We had a family room with a king size bed and two single beds. The room is basic but all you need really as you spend little time at the hotel. Bedding was clean and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels daily also.

We found the hotel quiet even though there were a lot of residents.

Breakfast
Breakfast again was basic continental with cereals. A few reviews have mentioned food running out that’s not the case at all. The hotel are clearly trying to stop stockpilers making up picnics to take to Disney. As soon as a tray ran out it was replenished but only a small amount was put out at a time.

If you can’t afford to eat lunch at Disney as it is expensive to eat anywhere other than McDs in there for under €20pp - one idea is to get an uber to the local Lidl. It costs €6 each way and you can stock up on bottled drinks, snacks and food.

We ate at the hotel a few times on an evening they do a meal deal for around €22 pp with pasta or pizza and a dessert and drink. It was t the fanciest of foods but it was good quality and tasted fine. Drinks in hotel are reasonable.

I have recommended this hotel to many friends and family as a cost effective place to stay if visiting Disney for first time.

They also have free parking at hotel if you travelling via car. Shuttle bus to Disney is every 15-20 mins it can get a bit hectic on an evening after fireworks so don’t expect to get back to hotel until 12:30am at earliest

For the most part I can’t fault the hotel. Being a good budget option for visiting the parks over new year. However we did find some things that made me unfortunately want to rate the hotel 3 stars. First of all upon check up we were told the room wasn’t ready which was obviously fine since it wasn’t 3pm yet. We were sat in the lobby waiting and wanted to store our bags to go to the parks for the day and come back to get our room. So we went up to the desk to ask where we can put our bags and the lady behind the desk rudely shouted (raised her voice!) at my sister telling her to put it in our room! We were just very confused after being told it wasn’t ready. So obviously a bit taken aback we go check our room to see that it is in fact ready. The icing on the cake really was that we watched this lady be very kind and polite with a family of small children, but when it came to us (two 22 year olds) she was very short and snappy. Overall made us feel very unwelcome on our first day and we were quite upset about it for a while. The shuttles were sometimes ok but often involves a lot of pushing and shoving and no semblance of a line forming, just every man for himself. And after a long day at the parks wanting a hot drink the vending machines did not work. All a bit disappointing when this was all advertised to us. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily which was great and the room itself was very comfortable but I would personally not want to stay here again. We did sequoia lodge is June last time for a similar price and the difference in the two experiences was crazy! Please teach your staff to learn some respect! It could also use some better food options, the food was overpriced and generally not great.

Hello, I stayed at the B&B last January. If I'm not mistaken, there are several trains during the day, every 15 minutes. The RER line B will take you to Châtelet-Les-Halles, where you can change for the RER line A to Magny-le-Hongre. The trains are cheaper (€10 I guess). Once you are at Magny-le-Hogry station you can take the shuttle to the B&B hotel. The problem is that, depending on the time you arrive, the shuttle to the B&B is always very full and it's difficult to get in with your luggage. Despite knowing all that information, I chose to take an Uber (€ 50) to the B&B from CDG airport. It was more comfortable (2 adults and 1 child) but it took longer. The journey from CDG to the B&B takes about 1 hour by car. I hope I have helped you.
