I've stayed here many times and it used to be one of my favorite hotels, but you won't see me here again. Apparently, there are thieves among the hotel staff. I forgot two of my handbags in my room and called the hotel immediately after finding out, but they denied finding my bags. I have sent several emails with no response. Very disappointed.

We came as a last minute holiday before our kids went back to school and had a great time. Hotel was only about a third full, so we had a quick check in and got the room we requested (garden view). Staff were lovely too. No maid service for our 3 day stay due to COVID. Room was clean, had required amenities - towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities etc. Corridors need some attention, but it was fine. Dinner was expensive. We only had it once (on arrival) and then ate out in Disney Village and the Euro mall. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was continental. You could eat in the restaurant or take away. It consisted of juice, yoghurts, bread rolls, Jam, cheese, ham, croissants, pan au chocolate, cereal and hot drinks. It was perfectly adequate, unless you wanted a full English, though I would have welcomed some toast! The best thing was Disney. Queues were only 5 minutes, park about a third or less full. It was like we had a fast pass for the whole duration. Masks compulsory in the parks and outside and there were hand sanitisers everywhere, SD in queues, restaurants etc so we felt really safe. We had a late flight back to London and the hotel staff didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked for a late check out at 4pm the night before leaving. No extra charge, just updated our room key! Overall, so glad we went. We were on the fence due to quarantine- but it was fine and so are we.

We stay there 2 night. Room was clean, but old, bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast sad. Long waiting line for slice of ham ,slice of cheese and mini croissant , thats all about choices, sorry Corona situation can not be excuse for poor offer. We think we forgot wedding ring on night table, so we tried to call then 2 days , whole day, absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. I sent 1 mail, 3 contact messages, 3 calls request, till today 8 days after , nobody respond. Irresponsible, unprofessional!! For us this was first and last time, there are way better choices around.

Having come from a budget campsite in the South which had managed under current constraints to safely look after its guests, it was a shock to arrive at the allegedly 4* Dream Castle. Check in took an hour and a half. Tired families hanging around with hungry kids. No acknowledgment or apology. Unacceptable. No record of our booking or payment . Or maybe we'd paid twice. They didn't know for sure. The suite we'd paid for didn't exist, so we were crammed into a small family room with our 11 and 13 year olds. Oh, and no running water. In a pandemic. Should have been closed down there and then. We were promised a a suite the following night. Breakfast: cost cutting under the pretext of COVID safety. Surly staff doling out cheap, pre-packed food. The adherence to COVID safety which applied to (and reduced) the range and quality at breakfast didn't apply to cleaning. Public areas visibly dirty. I didn't see a single cleaner in three days. Checked to confirm the booking of the suite. No suite As before, this delivered with a shrug. We got adjoining rooms after a call to the "manager", a shadowy figure directing proceedings from a sun lounger in San Tropez. Returning from Disney, we ate at the hotel. Mediocre, small portions and very, very expensive. Overall, a once decent hotel fallen on hard times and recouping its losses from the unfortunate punters. Covid is not an excuse for slashing staff and vastly reducing quality of service, but it looks like what's happened here.

We booked through booking.com and we’re excited to stay at this hotel. On arrival the queue to check in took 2 hours. Many guests were frustrated and arguing with the check in staff and they were unable to find our booking on their reservation system. The reception staff were clearly exhausted and frustrated which was reflected by the poor customer service they were providing. When we eventually got to our room it was not clean. The rooms only had 2 towels and the staff were uninterested in our commends. Dinner was served in disposable bags and cost over €100 euro for 4 Burgers and chips!!! Breakfast queue took over an hour and comprised of a bag of pastries and yogurts. We decided to checkout after 1 night and rebooked into another hotel for another week. I do not recommend this hotel while it operates under the current management and will not be returning to it.
