I had booked this hotel prior to the pandemic hitting. Once it hit, obviously no one was traveling and the hotel was shut down. I emailed asking for a refund, was told yes I could get one and that they released it to Booking.com (which I booked through). Booking says the hotel has to refund me because they charged me, NOT Booking. I have been fighting with both Booking and this hotel since Mar 2020, 15 months now, to get my money back and still have yet to receive it even though on several occasions they have said it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. Then when I follow up after that time has passed, the whole process starts all over again and they request all the information I have already provided (proof of charge, dates of reservation, reservation number, etc) ALL OVER AGAIN. It is beyond frustrating that I am still out or $700 and have given both Booking.com and this hotel everything they have requested short of the blood of my first born child numerous times. It is too the point where the hotel has stopped even responding to my emails. Someone needs to get their act together.

We expected some amendments because of Covid but no bar, rubbish breakfast bag with a few small pastries, juice, granola bar and yogurt. Waiting time of hours to speak to reception and no room cleaning. We stayed for 12 nights and couldn’t get our linen changed or bathroom cleaned. The hotel next door offered full services despite Covid. This hotel offered nothing and after Disney closed at 8pm we had to go to the 3 star hotel next door in order to get a drink. This hotel was awful with half staff and charging full prices. Staff obviously under pressure so had no time for guests. Would never stay at this hotel group again and will warm everyone we know not to.

Was here for a wedding a few years back, nice clean hotel, family room was large and can easily accommodate 4 people we got upgraded to a family room (only 2 adults) Restaurant nice and big, buffet style breakfast was okay, bar was okay, a little expensive. A short bus transfer ride to Disneyland Paris.

I came here with my partner end of November 2019. This was my first time in France so I really wanted to have a magical experience so Disney-esk hotel it was for us. First Look On first look, I was impressed by the site. It was clean and presentable. Although we didn't drive, the car park was pretty huge. The entrance was wonderful. They had a big Christmas tree (it was close to Christmas time). A small Disney shop for all things Disney. It wasn't majorly castle themed but enough to know that that was the particular theme of this hotel. The inside was clean as well. Reception The reception staff were really friendly and polite to us. They were helpful with our questions when we needed advice on where to go, taxis etc and spoke good English, which was comforting for us. The Room I liked our room. We were upgraded to a family room which was nice of them to do for us. The TV got good reception and there were loads of channels so you had a good pick of what to watch. The bathroom was cute and clean. The shower was lovely. I liked that you had the option of not having room service and if you chose not to have room service, you got a little treat, a lip balm, moisturizer etc and it was the L'Occitane brand which I know isn't cheap. Our bed was broken. One of the slats were snapped but I wouldn't hold that against them. There wasn't anything drastically wrong and the bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Our view wasn't great but again, not a major issue. The WIFI wasn't great in our room either which was disappointing so I mainly used my own internet. Overall, our room was good. Food I won't lie, the food wasn't amazing. The breakfast was nice enough in the mornings but I wouldn't bother going to the dinner. 24euro or so each for what is basically a cold spread. Maybe this is because there wasn't a lot of people at the hotel maybe but that shouldn't be the case. There were barely any hot food plates around and from what I could see, there was chicken fingers and maybe some chips for kiddies and that was it. I would recommend eating out rather than eating here. Swimming Pool Freezing cold. We were in there for 10 minutes and had to get out. The hot tub as well wasn't even that hot... Bar The bar was nice and we were given little plates of chips and olives which was lovely. The drinks were cold and the staff were very friendly. I wish we would have noticed this place sooner otherwise I would have spent a lot of my time in here. Further Notes We didn't go into the gym or the spa area so I cannot comment. The shuttle service is great. Arriving every 20 minutes to take us to basically outside of Euro Disney or the train station which was great for us when we were going into France. Also, the staff at the train station speak good English. I know we shouldn't expect everyone to speak our language but it is quite comforting. NOTE: The bus gets super busy when Disney closed and cramped so I would recommend leaving a little earlier to avoid the rush home. It does have a circus/castle feel to it. I think some people expect far too much for peanuts. Some expect to literally be staying inside a castle and be served their food on swords. It had a nice sense of the theme but it wasn't overpowering. I think children would the theme. The shop was good. Offering Disneyland stuff so I snagged a jumper. Overall I did enjoy this hotel, it was a nice place to rest our head and the staff were nice. It's a little in the middle of nowhere but the shuttle makes it easier to get to main Disney or the station so that statement is redundant. I think the dinner menu needs to up it's game and the pool needs to be warmer, especially in the WINTER! 10C is not okay. I wouldn't pay full price that the hotel was expecting and if I did, I would be disappointed but because we got this for a few hundred each, I was impressed.

Great 3 nights spent at Magic Circus... Rooms comfy with bunk beds for the kids with circus type curtain to shut them off from the double bed. Bathroom clean and shower good. TV with 1 or 2 English news channels. Breakfast Plentiful... The fry up was a bit poor, it all seemed a bit cheap and cheerful. The croissants however were lovely and fresh... Big Nutella pot as well so that kept the kids happy. Fresh fruit, cereal and lots of bread also available. Shuttles to the park were very regular, we never waited more than a couple of minutes. Keep an eye on the stops on the way home in the dark as they don't always do the same route (managed to miss our hotel so walked back from the next) completely our fault. Be aware of the busy period on the bus stops after the night show. It's crazy how many squeeze on to 1 bus and nobody gives a yard when queuing or jumping on. Pool My kids loved the pool and went on 2 of the 3 nights... Small toddler area and a big pool. Nice little bonus. It's open until 10pm. All in all a great stay and wouldn't think twice about recommending or returning when we go back to Disney.
