Rooms are beautiful and well decorated, the location of the hotel is perfect (very close to Disney) and the shuttle pass every 20 minutes. We never had issues getting to Disney on time. The service was nice, everyone was polite and happy to welcome us. Also, there is a great restaurant in the hotel, as well as many games for kids and adults to play to pass the time. There is also a bar.

We stayed there for a couple of days , there was no one to carry the luggage and they dont clean the room unless we ask them ! And the a/c was very very hot and we asked them twice to fix it ! The buffet breakfast has no varaities and very crowded and the tables were not clean !! Would not stay there again👎🏼👎🏼

We booked 2 rooms with a connection door. When we got to the hotel, we realized that the A/Cs weren’t working (nor were any one of the fridges). I called the front desk to see if there’s a chance that they could send maintenance to the room. Unfortunately the guy who picked up the phone did not speak English and he told me something about: no, due to COVID. We went down to the speak to someone who would be able to understand us and got the same guy who was telling us about housekeeping. I tried to tell him that we are having issues with the A/C and the fridges and not with housekeeping. He then got someone else who was able to communicate in a language which we understood. He sent us maintenance to the room and after the technician came (who didn’t speak any English either) we were offered to change rooms which we did. 2 days later, we received a notification from our credit card, that the room has been double charged. We went to the front desk to enquire about it and they claimed that it’s the travel agencies fault (which is a big online travel agency that we never had this issue with before) and there was nothing they could do. The next day, I had to leave the hotel at 4:30am to catch a flight. When I went downstairs, there was one guy at the front desk who didn’t wear a mask. I sat down on a couch in the lobby to wait for my cab and he came up to me (without a mask!) and asked me something in French. When I told him that I was waiting for me cab he looked at me in confusion. He also didn’t understand when I was trying to tell him that I was uncomfortable with him standing next to me without a face covering. Never again!

Staff super attentive, helpful friendly and professional. Hotel is clean, due to COVID and hotel strategy for precautionary measures , they don’t clean the rooms daily which honestly I liked. Rooms are spacious and clean, One of the set backs they don’t provide water in the rooms though the tap water is drinkable. Breakfast is a basic buffet style, the hotel is just next to a lake and lots of greenery which makes it heavenly haven, For us it was so interesting to walk around and explore the place. Kids definitely enjoyed this place. PS: There’s a shuttle bus to and from Disney land village

I had booked this hotel prior to the pandemic hitting. Once it hit, obviously no one was traveling and the hotel was shut down. I emailed asking for a refund, was told yes I could get one and that they released it to Booking.com (which I booked through). Booking says the hotel has to refund me because they charged me, NOT Booking. I have been fighting with both Booking and this hotel since Mar 2020, 15 months now, to get my money back and still have yet to receive it even though on several occasions they have said it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. Then when I follow up after that time has passed, the whole process starts all over again and they request all the information I have already provided (proof of charge, dates of reservation, reservation number, etc) ALL OVER AGAIN. It is beyond frustrating that I am still out or $700 and have given both Booking.com and this hotel everything they have requested short of the blood of my first born child numerous times. It is too the point where the hotel has stopped even responding to my emails. Someone needs to get their act together.
