Just returned from a trip to explorers hotel. We had room 9440. Lets start with the positive; friendly and hard working staff… hotel really needs an update; walls are filthy - many things are damaged of broken, this hotel needs a lot of maintenance! Also we went to the bar because Disneyland closes at 21h; only 1 staff member for 50 guests!!! The poor man had to make the drinks, clean the tables and help the guest. Impossible… The tables were filthy, left overs on the Floors and then 9 euro for a small cocktail… Terrible!!! The breakfast is ok, only they didnt think About a flow plan, important with Covid. I can only say; avoid this hotel! B&B and dreamcastle next door are better values for your money. Hotel management, of you read this please invest in your hotel and your staff

stayed here between Xmas and new year and couldnt have asked for better value for money..great location just 5 mins drive to Disney, also a free shuttle bus there included or free parking at Disney if you wish to drive...on site facilities were great and the pool and slides are terrific...rooms cater well for families and were very clean and comfy...breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and plentiful as well...would 100% revisit and will recommend to friends and family visiting eurodisney

Stayed here for 4 nights early Sep 2021 with my 4 year old son. Hotel is a venue aimed at families, I wouldn’t recommend this for couples. + hotel has lots to do for kids, keep them occupied + pool/ water park + large soft play area + large outdoor play area + plenty of sPace in rooms + good WiFi throughout + fridge in room + safe in room (ours was faulty but hotel sent out maintenance within 10 mins) + free shuttle to Disney park - food outlets quite expensive (we used Uber eats) - rooms not entirely clean, I get it’s a family hotel but I found long hairs on the bed and my son found fresh chewing gum on the ledge next to his bed. - there isn’t much for buying sweets/water etc, the hotel would do well to have a general shop on site. - rooms very warm, even with ceiling fan installed Overall, I would recommend this hotel, i do think they could improve a few small things as mentioned but I feel we did get good value for money and I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Take a room above first floor to allow window to be left open as too warm, stock up on water,...

There is nothing I can complain about with this hotel. From arrival to departure everything was perfect and every member of staff was welcoming, informative and professional. Parking was great Shuttle is handy if no car but we preferred to drive and park. Free parking with hotel card. Snack bar and breakfast just what was needed. Soft play and late night swimming fantastic. Outdoor play area was awesome. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

The staff are quite poor to say the least on explaining to the customers what’s happening. I have a “half board” option that means the buffet at night and breakfast. When the buffet room isn’t open I thought captains Library is used instead but apparently it’s somewhere else and your paying a difference off the menu which is stupid…… Food in the buffet is poor and normally cold…. The facilities are good but such a let down with poor food options when paying up front.
