The experience was conditioned by SPA and Swimming pool unavailability. Everything else was good. Good breakfast, good bed and cleaning. Nice and green view. The shuttle to Disneyland/Train station is fast.
We had a comfortable stay, we loved the pool and sauna (which was empty when we were there). Friendly staff at reception. Not sure if the room thermostat worked as we couldn’t get the temperature higher than 19degrees
Overall good experience. The hotel seems to have the same age as DisneyLand, so the funitures, bathroom tell this in spite of the maintenance of the personnel. Parking well organised, a bit expensive.
It was ok for one night, but we definitely feel we didn’t get value for our money. On top of that, they make guests pay 15 € for parking their car at their HUGE parking lot. I definitely won’t book at Radisson Blu again.
;-) localisation close to Disney, Val d’Europe and La vallée village Spacious room :-( junior suite with broken tiles in bathroom , curtain torn apart , not sufficient lighting during nighttime, shower curtain missing Housekeeping below level (old socket found under bed, tea cup not clean ) No bell boy Parking for 1 night :20 euros Restaurant décoration : absent , service and plates below average , better go to Val d’Europe for better dinner and cheaper Even babyfoot in the lobby is payable ! Service from entrance welcome , front desk, housekeeping and F&B —lack of dedication
Shuttle bus was great. Hotel very clean. Towels a bit tired in pool area. Good breakfast. More variety fruit at breakfast would be good. Quiet hotel with lovely grounds. Perfect for a family stay who wish to visit EuroDisney.
The rooms and the service are good. I would nor advise trying the restaurant. Asked for a piece of medium rare tagliata. It was well done. I did not want the other to stay waiting so I ate it. When I told the waitress, all she said was, well, we told the chef, maybe he made a mistake. Definitely not expected from a hotel of this standard. Menu is not great either and food is average.
Family easter trip to Disneyland Paris. As we did not want to stay in Disneyland hotel we chose this one as it even has a pool. Room was good and clean. We missed a possibility to eat something as my son is allergic to milk. They were not flexible…
Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. We had a good experience at check in and had to wait for our room to be ready, that’s fine. The room itself was a family room, good size and clean bedding we were happy with that. Room was made up and cleaned each day - great, except twice the toilet rolls were not topped up so I had to chase for more, not major issue. Tea cups were not changed daily, not sure why? We had room service and ate at the bar, the food was really good and we were happy. At breakfast it got very busy, we only queued once for a table, and the seating area is nicely spaced out, however the food area itself often got very busy and cramped. I saw a few plates get smashed in there! We were happy with the food options and ate well each morning. For me 2 things need improvement: 1. The shuttle bus every morning at 9 and 9:30am were heaving. Far too many people squashed in together, there needs to be more shuttle buses at these peak times. 2. Communication needs to be a bit better on what food area is open and when, there was confusion at the bar area on what could be ordered and when, some signs would be really helpful. Overall a good stay and staff were always friendly and helpful.…
If you want a hotel for a safe family stay with kids until 14 and if you want many time for Joy at the Disneyland (with the amenities of this facility you loose almost 2,5HOURS Disneyland feeling) and environment friendly products and good/very good service with a great price and value ratio book another hotel (Like Magic Circus, B&B, Marriott, Explorer). Unfortunately no personnel attendance at the gate. Not sure how they secure only hotel guests arrive. Parking is extra! Make sure you pay in advance at the reception. If you dont parking could cost you in addition up to 50€ a day!!! At check in no important information for customer about parking situation! In front of the lift the floor is full of dirt from the covid desinfection. Ride to the disney is UNFORTUNATELY only every 30min and starts at 9am (rush hour at park starts at 8am-8:30am) until 12:15am (shop at disneyland closes at 1am!) All other hotels we used the Disney shuttle drives every 15min and the shuttle service starts at 7:30am until 1am So if you book this hotel you loose 1,5hours Disney feeling in the morning and 45 min in the night! In the room that towels are missing may happen not only at this facility. But dirty towels are not acceptable. Floor in the room had major leak. Tiles in the bathroom had dangerous tears/cracks. You should wear shoes in the bathroom. Another unsafe situation is that the bed for the kids are too dangerous for sleep. When the kids are on the mattress with their face there is right next to the face not protected metal construction. So if you stay with kids i would book two double rooms to have a safe night. In addition i have forbidden my kids to drink tea since dirt ran out of the nespresso machine. Room isnt quiet even with view on the park since you hear people walking by the room. In the bathroom paper cups which are wrapped in plastic and shower products in these little plastic cups. I dont mention the reaction and habits of the personnel. Mistakes may happen because we are human! But if you treat customer that they have to pay for their mistakes they do without exception i dont believe this leads to sustainable success. Interesting thing is that persons (no customers!) are confirming this.…
