From the disdain of the desk reception contact I knew this wasn't going to be a wonderful stay. This hotel cannot comfortably accommodate a family of four, although were happy to take our booking and hit us an extra AUD60/night for a single bed stretcher. Our only option was an extra large double bed with our 12yo son sleeping between...

The hotel looks elegant and my room looks very interesting especially the glass-walled bathroom !....the staff were friendly but I prefer the Filipino staff because they can speak excellent English and Filipino ( I had a difficulty with the Chinese staff due to communication problem) ..the hotel is nearby Chinese food restaurants (and Macau is renowned for Cantonese dishes)....walking distance...

The grand view hotel is the best you can get in this price range. The rooms were spacious with all the basic facilities at your disposal. It is well connected with bus stop which is 2 minutes walking. Also you have 7eleven at the entry gate of the hotel. At the other side you can have access to supermarket and...

Reasonable price comparing with others but location was a bit inconvenient if you go to other Casino or tourist places. Facility was a bit old and not much restaurant around. It's difficult to take public transport and not many taxi. Will not consider if going to Macau again.

Went for a girls getaway to Macau and, to my surprise, found this gem next to the Cotai strip at a MUCH cheaper price! Hotel is nice, super clean, friendly staff, and less than a 10 min. taxi ride from the big casinos. Grandview has a very nice Chinese restaurant and a small casino if you feel like playing close...

The rooms are recently renovated. So it is adequate if you visit Taipa central area for some personal business rather than gambling. The staff is generally helpful. But there are quite a lot of tourist group there so it can be difficult sometimes to get the room you want. Had one little accident during last stay that the staff when...

Prior to writing this review, i have already stayed in this hotel three times. What i like about this hotel is that location is very convenient. Aside from its location the internet speed is good which is very important for me. As i have stayed in many hotels in Macau, internet speed and connection is always the problem but this...

I stayed one night in this hotel. the room is big, good wifi connection, clean, good bed, carpet in its floor, good minibar, and i love the bathroom. near the hotel you can buy some street food. friendly and helpfull receptionist. But it has poor breakfast, you can only choose for chinnese breakfast (rice noodles) or western (baked toast, scramble...

Very noisy hotel - slamming room doors can be heard through the entire floor and will keep you awake the whole night (considering the 24 hour casino). Besides, there is no heating and sometimes no hot water.
