This is the perfect location to relax on Gili Air. The staff are super lovely and helpful and the room and facilities are beautiful and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and access to a water cooler near reception proved very useful.
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are bungalows arranged around a tranquil swimming pool and lush tropical garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The open air bathroom was nice and no problem with mosquitos. The AC worked really well (I actually had to get the front desk to turn it down for me - it was too cold!) The pool water was warm from the sun - but I actually liked it that way. Breakfast was good and served on your bungalow porch. The hotel has bikes to rent to get around. The staff is super friendly and answered all my questions. At check in, a staff member sat down with me and gave me a map of the island with recommended restaurants - some of which I tried and found to be good. It is not on the beach - but I think that is a good thing on Gili Air. There are plenty of beach front restaurants with lounge chairs and umbrellas.…
We had lovely stay at this small hotel. The place is not comparable to the luxurious resorts on Bali but for Gili standards the property is very luxurious. What makes this hotel stand out is its lovely staff. Ever friendly and happy to assist with everything. Highly recommended.
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. Beautiful gardens with lovely private rooms, great pool and nice and quiet and tucked away. Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us wonderful breakfast every day! If (when) we return to Gili air we would book here again!
Intimate little boutique accommodation. Fabulous location for exploring the whole island. Lovely, clean room and comfy bed (and pillows!). Couldn't be more relaxing. Great breaky. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
Thank god for l'Archipel and their staff. While visiting Gili Air in late June 2019, my friends and I checked in at another hotel on the island and were absolutely miserable. We checked out in the middle of the night and l'Archipel took us in and treated us like FAMILY! The a/c, bathrooms, staff, pool, and setting were perfect. Their motto is "welcome home", and this experience was the closest i felt to home in my entire visit to Southeast Asia. Highly recommended!!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights. Amazing staff, they couldn’t do enough to help and made a cracking breakfast. They organised a turtle tour for us which turned out half the price of which other were trying to sell them at. Patrick the boat captain... 10/10, knew all the spots and did everything he could to make the experience better. After the tour he introduced us to his friends on the island. All such lovely people and helped us in anyway they could. Pool and garden are beautiful. Would 100% stay here again if I return to gili air
Very friendly people and always ready to help whenever asked. We loved every bit of staying there. The food was good and roomservice cleaning and all was great as well. I would definitely recommend this resort.
Me and my partner spent 3 days in L’Archipel. It’s a lovely little place with a Buddhist vibe. The pool area is stunning, rooms are clean with a partially outdoor shower (nice touch). The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast is served outside your room, on your private deck. The food was tasty! Omelettes & pancakes were good :) The only small negative is the way to the actual hotel, it’s a bit of a backroad, but it’s only a couple minute walk, so don’t be put off by it as the area is secure and everyone around is friendly. 5 minutes to the beach.
Great place! Amazing staff.Loved the semi-outdoor shower :). The bungalows were clean and super cozy :). The breakfast was Ok - it was ala carte. Loved the swimming area. Generally - worth staying :) it's rather 3* than 4*, but it was much bether experience in most 4* hotels on Bali :) Wifi and mobile conection - rahter poor ( they blocked sites like Netflix...). As Gili Air is a muslim island you need to remember that at around 4 am they start prayers... and they will wake you ;)
