From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. All the staff were fantastic, happy, lovely people. Everything about this place was lush, relaxing and ideal. To top it off the snorkeling out the front is easily up there with the best spots on the whole island. We highly recommend this place.

We decided to visit Gili Air without booking anything. We had a few places in mind and went to check them. We randomly checked Biba Beach and decided to stay as it was better than all the other ones we saw. The staff has been welcoming. They offered us a deal that we wouldn't have had online. The room was available so they checked us in as we arrived (morning). Special thanks to the manager Mira who provided help in a last minute situation.

We weren’t staying but came in for dinner as the beachfront restaurant has lovely lanterns hanging from the trees and a nice atmosphere. The margherita pizza was hands down the best we’ve had in Indonesia - I seriously recommend it. My partner’s garlic bread starter was good too! I had chicken spring rolls to start. Unfortunately when they first came out they were still cold/raw in the middle; however, upon my returning them they were hugely apologetic and came back with a complete fresh (cooked!) portion. So they fixed the mistake properly and were very polite. Service was slightly slow but the view and seating was fantastic so sitting for a while longer wasn’t an issue. Lots of sweet cats around too!

This place is just lovely, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff are super lovely and really want you to have a great time and be comfortable, and the setting/location is great. I notice some reviews say the air con in the rooms wasn't great but ours was perfect, the room was a dream to walk into and I had some of my best nights sleeps here - but with regards to the not so good air con reviews please bare in mind that Gili Air is still recovering from the after effects of the earthquake last August and so if the air con wasn’t great you have to cut them some slack. Breakfast (included in the room price) was great, we had nasi goreng (Indonesian rice dish) and fresh fruit each morning which kept us full for hours. Highly recommend staying here

Biba Beach Village is an amazing place, with an amazing staff that goes the extra line for customers (shout-out to Mira we love you). The room is perfect and comfortable, the open-aired bathroom is fully functional. All this for 21€ a night (in low season though) it was just perfect. Oh and the view and the beach are also perfect.

For me Biba is not only the best Italian restaurant in Gili but just the best restaurant. I can't get enough of their fresh pasta and gnocchi they prepare every day! On the beach, you can enjoy the Wonderfull vieux on Lombok while eating. The staff is super nice too. Totally recommended.

Didn’t stay here however stopped by on two separate occasions for food. The pizzas were awesome, easily the best food we had on our whole trip in Indonesia. Worth a meal if you need a break from nasi goring. Well done lads

We stopped here the first night simply because we were tired and hungry. It was a great surprise, the food and service were great. So we came back again. I was under the weather a big first visit, so I had chicken noodle soup. It was delicious. Both times had a margarita pizza which was fantastic! It was thin crust, Italian style, and without doubt best pizza I’ve had in Info. Wife had curry which says is one of the best she’s had. Love spot with our right at beach.

This place has been around for a while now, and the quality remains very high. Low key and relaxed. Right on the water and wonderful, friendly staff and owners. Above and beyond all else they have the BEST Italian food on the island.

The room was their biggest and most expensive, unfortunately also dirty, and the water kept running out. The worst thing was after waking up in the morning finding the pillow we had slept on was moldy and stained, really disgusting and when I brought this up with management was offer 50000 discount, which I found insulting and told them to keep it
