I’m very sad about this review. I was so exited from the photo’s. At the check in they told us, your massage (we booked and paid) is not available. I doesn’t get a compensation or my money back. For me, that’s a scam. In front of our privat room was a lot of trash. They hasn’t clean the pool, also not as i asked for it. And there are no windows, that means there came some insects like cockroaches. The top of the mountain is that the “24 hours” reception isn’t manned all the time.

Villa Bella only cares about money. It has no concern for its guests. The hotel has a serious cockroach problem, but fails to acknowledge it and address the issue to make sure the guests are comfortable. The entrance to each villa is on a dusty street lined with trash and debris. I dont recommend this place. There are infinitely better options in the area for the same price or better. Look for somewhere else to stay! You've been warned...stay here at your own risk!

İt’s quiet around to rest. Beach is 5 meter and hotel have their sunbeds on beach free. There is bicycle at hotel to see around. Extremely pretty bathroom. My room cleaned everyday and towels renewed. There was a manager name is Mohammed Ruslan, extremely helpful and friendly. There were also spa for massage but i didn’t try it.

I really loved this place, even that this is not a 5 star hotel you feel that you live in one. The pool villas are amazing, the breakfast served on the lounge of your own villa, the staff that always trying to make you feel comfortable, the urge toilets in the villas, the beach just in front of the hotel...to be honest you get a lot for what you pay. I truly recommend this place for everyone coming to trawangan.The only thing that really didn't work properly was the wifi, really annoying but it seems to be a general problem all around the island, except in one or two restaurants that work quite good.

Our villa was lovely. We had our own private pool, which was great to plunge into after walking around. The staff are friendly, breakfast delivered to our room every morning was nice. Room was clean and not water. Wifi, not always great. But very happy with our stay.

Hotel is under construction but they don’t tell you. Is the only hotel with no umbrella on the beach. Staff are 16-18 year-old kids that sure make their best, but service is not worth the price/night. I stayed in the villa with private swimming pool. Don’t trust the pictures, the stairs are broken with risk of hurting your feet. We’ve been a week. Three days we came back with no towels in the room. 4 days we waited 1:30h for the breakfast (fried eggs, toast with butter...). Bicycles they rent are broken, when we realised 2 min after paying we ask for a change they said they had no more bikes, we then ask for our money back and after a 20 minutes dicussion we got it. Unbelievable!! Would recommend not to ruin your stay here, any hotel in the first line of the beach (had lunch everyday in a diferent one) is better than this one and even cheaper! I open a formal complaint with booking.com…

I stay here for 4night, we booked with private pool.. since i came the staff not pay attention.. they not give us bath towel, and no have complete cattelary, glass and plate at this villa.. i was spend a lot of money for this villa.. but what i got? Bad, breakfast.. no fruit platter free.. all must pay.. and second day i was ask for cleaning room and changed the towel, they did for cleaning but. .. what?? I see the towel still same and they not carry for the towel, just hanging the old towel on the door. Really bad service. I still have 2 night left here.. i will continue for writing later. My mood so bad because they service .

I had stay for 1 night only. But was terrible. Tv and telephone not working during stay. No completed mini bar, no snack inside. Not hot water during stay can you imagine after finish snorkling and diving should be take shower waiting for long time. Good location because near from atm, restaurant, and everything. However for all stay is very disappointed. Not recommended for stay again in this poor villa.

This place wins an award for the worse "villa" experience ever. It is poorly located, badly maintained and has filthy rooms. There are cockroaches all over the place, the doors don't close, no curtains or towels in the bathroom and the entire place stinks. Please do yourself a favour and stay as far from this place as possible.
