Feel cheated coming so far to be disappointed. Look at pool picture below taken yesterday. Mosquito infested pool just feet from my room is a total health hazard. Shared wall with neighbor doesn't really dampen their normal talking voices, NO TV as advertised. Extremely poor internet speeds and the restaurant is perhaps the worst on the island according to reviews. I only ordered an over-priced, warm, water-downed watermelon juice.

A short but unforgettable vacation, Meet the man who paging with warm welcome and always smile in the harbour. Upon arrival greeted very friendly and pleasant from Front Office /Management Mr.Adi and Mr.Yahya accompanied by a welcome drink of fresh coconut picked from the hotel garden. Comfortable rooms and with private bathrooms add to the aesthetic characteristics of staying at a hotel island (Gili Terawangan). The breakfast food also was nice and amazing service by the man who has standing hair. (So sorry i’m forget the name). Must try to stay at Frii Gili Terawangan Pandawa and enjoy the service during visit the beautiful island :).

Theres two sides of gilli t, the 'main town' and the sunset side. this is sunset, which is quieter and more peaceful, we loved the beach ( although swimming was a no-no due to coral) and the peaceful sleep you can get here. The rooms are pretty dated if we are going to be honest and it seems there is some maintenance issues in most of the rooms when we chatted to other people over breakfast. Our AC leaked and the door jammed a bit, but its not the end of the world. For the price i still think this was a very good stay, just small details could of made it excellent

We booked this hotel for our stay at Tarawang, because it was on the quite side of the island. Traveling with two kids (13&10) The amenities are excellent, the location by the sea, the pools and the rooms look nice. But then you stay here and you get sad that al the small things bring down the overall experience. For example, the faucets in both bath rooms were broken and sprayed water al over the bathrooms. When informing reception about this, we were told it would be fixed with in two hours. After three we went back to reception to get our room key. Asked if everything was fixed. Yes it’s fixed, it was not! When I pointed this out to them it just took one hour to fix it. Don’t know how Maintanace or the housekeeping didn’t notice the faulty faucets? Were thinking of getting some laundry done, until I noticed the prices. Like ten times al other places we washed our cloth in Indonesia. Could this be because they don’t want to assist you with laundry? A thought that just came. Then the pool bar that was supposed to be manned al day, when it was 12:15 we had to go up to reception and ask if main pool bar was closed. It was not just no staff there. After ten minutes it was open and everyone ( about 15 persons ) could order refreshments. Tried to rent bike from hotel, it should have taken 10 minutes to get two bikes ready according to staff ( they had several bikes parked outside hotel) after 40 minutes they came with two bikes without rack on. We specifically asked for bikes with racks so we could have our kids riding on the back. We ended up walking instead 45 minutes late. And the price for a small Bingtang 60 000 Idr. The most we payed before was 30 000. We ended walking 200 meters north of the resort they charged 55 000 for a big Bingtang. It left a feeling almost like the laundry, they don’t want to serve you a beer so they charge you an insane amount for it so you look elsewhere. The best thing was the Breakfast. Breakfast staff made sure that you had everything you wanted. And even made a pitcher of ice tea for our kids. …

This hotel is unreal! We visited back in June and was very surprised that it was so quiet, soon realising the devastation that has been caused since the Gili Island earthquakes in 2018. You wouldn’t have known as everything effected has been re built and fixed, other than the fact it is so quiet. It was a beautifully relaxing holiday and staff were so lovely and helpful. I would really encourage people to visit, the sea and views are complete paradise. It is an incredible place and especially if visiting Bali or Lombok, a must visit!

Nice Hotel with great location, away from the crowd place. The last 2 nights i were in Gili Trawangan i decide to stay at Ergon Pndawa Resort. the sunset is really nice with perfect view of the ocean, the staff was really friendly and helpful all the time, the food are delicious, Huge swimming pool. i thank to Ergon Pandawa Resort for the amazing stay !

Sunset and waves! 2 things for me and my girlfriend wanted for our surf-trip, the resorts is just at the right place. Lefty wave riding just right in the front of the resorts while we having warm sunset time. We stayed at deluxe room with an outdoor bathroom, cool AC that we need. Awesome staff and nice pool, white sands and sun. Best breakfast and coffee.Thank you guys so much for your service.
