Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In the city center, very good local breakfast, free parking, frindly staff. Windows has blind curtains in the room. Rooms are not soundproof and you hear sounds from the coridor, yard, neighbour rooms. No ventilation, so if you close window to avoid noises - you dont have any fresh air. BUT, for the price you are paing - this is all acceptavble.

On the way to island there was a need for a hotel.
My budget was limited, so i found a favorable place.
How nice this place really is I realized at morning, thanks to friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was simple but nutritious and delicious. Excellent stay.

Stayed here for a night. Perfect location for Kuressaare and very good price. The hotel was at the time I was staying there very quiet. They have free parking in the back and fast (like in any other Hotel in Estonia) free internet. The hotel is two stories I was on the first level with a balcony which is looking out to the street. In fact you can climb over it and you are on the street :) Room was functional, nothing posh but nice. I remember it had many network plugs which is good if you have many gadgets. Bathroom was good, my room only had a shower. Breakfast was alright although felt a bit dry. Staff was welcoming and spoke perfect English. Neat by are all the attractions, couple of shops. Saaremaa as such is a beautiful place to go! Very wild and yet very European. Airport is located about 5km if you can fly in from your destination (the view must be superb). In the town itself is a nice castle, in a hotel near by you can go to swimming pool, food is in general relatively cheap compared to say Germany or western Europe. For the location and quietness would stay there again.

From Booking.com I got different expectation than what I got. Room was nice and clean, check in was first little confusing, but I manage, and location is good.
Nospa management toll you get discount from other spa hotel, you won't, same price as others.
I would take room here for 2nd time as now it's clear how it works.

Stayed for one night at this hotel and the service and value for money were correlated. The room was clean, had hairdryer, TV, on the table was placed eve kettle&tea. The breakfast responds to 3 star level ( omelet, fried bacon, bread, sprats, cheese, cereal, vegetables), but the restaurant room is quite small, but for small groups in low seasons would be Ok.
The city center is located few minutes walking from hotel, possible free of charge parking, the receptions know the English. On receptions is possible to pick up maps, booklets about the Saarema.
Within low season payed 39eur for double room, high season costs around 70-75eur, DBL.

There is no SPA service, sauna at all, but if you care only about calm oversleep, clean room, close location to center and breakfast - this place is worth for your attention.

The hotel was convenient and had everything you would need for a short stay. Location was great (city centre) and it was easily accessable with a car. It only has six parking spaces, but on the other hand you can park out on the street, as it is for free from 17-10 and during work days 2 h is free during 10-17 (weekends are free parking).
Code system is very easy and convenient. Wi-fi information is on the table in you room.
Rooms are small, but comfortable with a small fridge which is useful, if you have not included breakfast from the hotel in your reservation.
Eco-friendly hotel.
I think there was a chance to participate in yoga classes and visit a beauty salon, but I didn't try them out.
All in all, great!

Very kind and friendly attitude towards dog travelers. Great location - the old town and cafes are nearby, and the park surrounding the castle is a few hundred meters away for walking. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend with two dogs. I appreciated that the staff offered us bigger room at the 1st floor for a more convenient stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was rich with various food. Simply nothing to complain!:) We will come back again. Thank you!

This is a nice simple and comfortable hotel. It has a good basic breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was its close proximity to the centre of town without being noisy.
Friendly and helpful staff, but please note that the front desk is not manned 24 hours a day.
