This a lovely hotel with a short walk to the main square, with a nice couple of pools. However, it was so hot it was unbearable and impossible to sleep at night. It seems as if the hotel does not have any air-conditioning.
This time I was not fully satisfied with my visit. It´s a nice place, but when full of people the breakfast room and outdoor pool are very crowded. Children screaming and yelling. Lousy mojitos in the outdoor bar: why is there no real mint leaves added? No air conditioning in standard rooms, so it is quite hot during summer days. Not enough parking spots in the hotel yard. I´ll probably choose another place to stay next time.
Pros: - Clean rooms, pretty interior. - Decent SPA area with warm pools and multiple saunas. - Delicious breakfast, variety of high quality foods. Cons: - Seems understaffed, had to wait ~15 minutes to until someone showed up at the reception as the employee was busy with other stuff around the hotel. - Not really suitable for families with kids as they didn't have an option for 2 adults + 2 kids in the same room. - Design over function. For example the shower in the room doesn't have any shelves to hold your shampoo and sponge. Also no door on the shower so the water leaks across the floor. - Centralised AC wasn't enough and the rooms are very hot in the summer. Overall not bad but you can definitely find a better deal for the money.
A nice modern hotel, central located, nice staff, who are happy to fulfill wishes. Breakfast is very good with some regional products. The cleanliness could be better, sometimes you have to wait until the afternoon for room service to finish. In summer you can sit in front of the hotel, which on one hand is very nice, but on the other hand it can be noisy when you want to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
We stayed in superior room, with access to balcony. But the balcony was accessible also for smokers, so we couldn’t open the window, unless we wanted to inhale smoke. Curtains were not black out. As the room had evening sun, when we arrived, it was very hot. There is no air condition in room, only central conditioner, so we could not change the temperature. Shower had one small bottle shampoo&shower gel 2 in 1 (we stayed there with our baby, so one bottle was not enough). There was no soap in the room either. Baby crib was very used (stained and some place had tears) and had extra cost 15€ per night. We expected superior room to be better quality.
Usually, you visit Spa and other cities to see the surroundings, so you will spend less time in the hotel room itself. But, if you need to share it with other family members or friends, then the standard rooms are too small. The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of different options, but unfortunately, latte glasses were constantly missing. Luckily, the service was quick to fix everything, if you asked. In the spa, there is one hot sauna at 80C in the washing room and a cold water hole. And in the general area then there is one panoramic warm sauna at 60 C, a pool and hot tub, and one pool outside. It seems that there are enough options, but at the same time when there are 10+ people in the area you have instant queues. So you had to choose your time smartly when to visit the spa. So for a little relaxation and water procedures with a lot of sightseeing, it is a good place to be.…
Nice little spa hotell. Spa is quite small, but most of the time we were the only people there, so its really good place to be with children. Rooms cold be cleaner. Breakfast buffet is really big, but not much to choose from, selection could be smaller but better.
We have 38 people driving motorcyckle. Everything was Percect, Inc. good parking solution. Hotel&Spa was very clean and modern. Breakfast was one of the Best ( very taste and lot of options ). The crow was smiling and kind. Value for money is great!
The spa was very crowded and there are not enough lockers for all guests. Also breakfast restaurant is too small for all guests. Our Family Suite was very good but sleeping sofa was hard and uncomfortable.
We stayed for 2 nights there to enjoy SPA and travel around Saaremaa. Hotel is very cosy, rooms are stylish. SPA is small, but not crowded at all, so we felt very privately ourselves. Also there was a possibility to rent rooftop sauna with open air hot tube, it was very nice experience. Breakfast was good, lots of different food to choose from.
