Quite pleasant, place is located write in the hearth of town, 10 walk to astle and sea. Surrounded of old 1-2 floor buildings from 19 century. Room was clean, service was very helpful and nice. No parking at place and room itself are not high premium, but for family vacation was it ok

Ignore bad reviews if there is any, we have been visited this place from the beginning and it is the best in country in every aspect!!! Main advantage is, that you can order full restaurant menue by the pool, which none of the spas offer usually!

Everything was great! Everything is nearby. SPA was warm and there is many different saunas. Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable, liked everything. I recommend to visit Grand Rose SPA in Saaremaa.

This kind and friendly spa hotel has a great location and friendly staff. What I especially liked is that the spa department was open late, so there was time for doing other things and then, at the end of the day, ead to the pool and sauna. I would definitely visit again.

Good service for price. Everything like before. The interior is getting tired, needs to be refreshed. There were no sauna rituals like before. And I think there were calm music in SPA zone before, this tim was only people noise.

Staff was very helpful, sweet and friendly. The room was amazing and comfortable with a good view. Me and my partner got dual massages on day one and day two. The massagers did a wonderful job. The saunas are best part of the spa

We took the family room. The rooms are connected by two doors. Every room has everything you need, glasses, drinking water, fridge, TV. I liked the fact that there was a hairdryer. The interior of the rooms is calm, pleasant and pleasing to the eyes. As for the SPA, there is a good selection of saunas, where you can enjoy yourself or simply rest on warm sofas and deckchairs. Drinking water was offered in three variants: a jug with strawberry, lime with lemon or orange. If your stomach is empty, the spa cafe has a wide selection of snacks, drinks and dishes. The hotel is located in the city center, where Kuressaare Castle and the promenade are a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely choose Grand Rose SPA as our next stop!

Spa area is the best Estonia. We enjoyed staying there with our family. The layout of the rooms could be better, but otherwise the rooms are comfortable. We will definitely come back :) We recommend!!!
