Nice hotel in the centre of town. Clean and nicely desined rooms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The best place to stay in Saaremaa. We were satisfied with the hotel.

Good location. Comfortable beds and pillows. The interior is beautiful and rosy. Breakfast was also good and had many different choices, my favorite was very tasted salmon. Spa and sauna area is not very big, but nice place for relax and very good relaxing music selection.

Been here already for the third time and have been enjoying every minute here. Rooms are clean, nice, designed. Hotel has extensive sauna/ pool area and it offers a lot of SPA treatments. Staff is supportive and kind. What could be improved...? Well, it was a little bit too cold in the room in early spring, and in SPA area...

Our room was located on the ground floor with a bath. It was large, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom and bath were huge and my girlfriend enjoyed that very much. The room had a wardrobe, fridge, sofa, desk, TV and a huge very comfortable bed. I heard no noise from outside or from other rooms. Check-in was quick and...

Nice and cozy small hotel in Kuressaare City centre. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Different saunas and pools and spa procedures available. There was lack of parking spaces and we had to use the parking nearby. We were satisfied with the hotel and had a lovely stay in Kuressaare.

I really do adore the Grand Rose SPA. You can relax here from the very fist step you enter the hotel. It is so peaceful! In the SPA you can find couple of pools surrounded by saunas, bar and massage rooms. So, you do not need to run around the house for different procedures, just go downstairs and enjoy whatever...

Staff is friendly and professional. Room on 3rd floor spacious, with balcony. Breakfast was tasty. 7 types of different saunas, all enjoyable. Some good restaurants nearby. Lobby coffee is best in city.

The 4-th time in this hotel.... Very good location with own free parking during the wintertime. Shops and restaurants are around the hotel, car or taxi not needed. Cozy SPA with lot of different saunas for "sauna lovers". The best saunas are: birch, juniper and salt/steam saunas. Pool is small but romantic with glass ceiling, small additional pool for children...

Service was quite nice and friendly. Food at breakfast was good.Spa was quite small, but we absolutely fell in love with outside sauna, it is really cozy and relaxing. But hotel really need a refresh and cleaning, especially the spa center. There was a little to much dirt.

Interiors are luxorious, not very functional though. Spacious spa area, many saunas, spacious relaxing area, especially enjoyable sauna outside. Spa treatments luxorious, and professional. Treatment rooms are facing the spa area, so the noise and screams are slightly disturbing the relaxing process. Staff friendly, a little careless though. Restaurant okay. The hotel could use a new gym or some facilities...
