GOSPA is the best spa hotel in Estonia.
From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcome! The people at the reception are really waiting for you!
About the rooms, from this year you can choose the newly renovated superior rooms, but i love the old ones :) (I like the carpeting on the floor, the wooden wall above the bed gives the room such a warm and beautiful look, and nowhere else in the hotel does the bathroom have such a big makeup table!!!)
The restaurant and breakfast is also the best of the best in the hotel! The restaurant has beautiful views of the sea, the castle and the beautiful courtyard. This place has won several awards and has maintained this level for many years!
I really appreciate the restaurant chef's ability to use Estonian ingredients and serve them in a special and at the same time in the simple way. The drinks menu is also professionally chosen!
Even though I have no small children in my family, we never miss order something from the kids menu :)))) it's brilliant and unique - simple, affordable and super delicious!
The breakfast menu has health smoothies, a hot selection, wonderful bread selection and toppings -really delicious handmade pâté!!! a fish selection, salad, porridge, pancakes, raw jam, different yoghurts, fruits, quality coffee, juices.... - really, couldn't ask for anything more! Its perfect!
The service in the restaurant is also impeccable! I would also like to praise the lobby bar, where you can order a selection from the restaurant menu and there is also a great cocktail menu, the people there are so accommodating and will fulfil any request with a smile! To be honest - I've never met a hotel with such a nice lobby area! There is a children's play area right next to it, and a restaurant on the other side, plus a wide range of board games available - so people love spending time there!
The spa treatments are located in a quiet and secluded area, the reception there itself is wonderful! In the cosy room you can enjoy a cup of tea, read a magazine and check out the very high quality cosmetics products - and buy them! All people who work there, do magic, I promise you will get great satisfaction and wonderfult feeling of wellbeing! Isn't it cool that they have treatments also children and teenagers!?
Be sure to book an appointment in advance as they are in high demand!
Long story short - this is a wonderful place for a wonderful holiday!

A very nice & profound getaway experience for a Valentine's day. The spa was incredible, restaurant's food amazing & the general quietness of the hotel was calmingly romantic.
On the slightly negative side the pillows in the room are a bit too thin since they're sinking in itself while you're trying to sleep. The spa was generally amazing, especially the outdoor swimming pool (although the big indoor swimming pool was then closed for maintenance). In addition to the guest wifi which was in some cases poor, there is a general "gospa" wifi aswell but the front desk administrator did not know the password or access abilities to that network. In the restaurant both the atmosphere & food were simply amazing, a tad downside for the service which was generally good but our main courses were brought to the table immediately having not even finished our starters yet. Servers felt in a bit of a rush to get the orders out to the tables. Anyways a great stay & would stay again!

I liked the nice interior of the rooms and the hotel itself also looks nice outside. The restaurant area had especially nice furniture by the design and colours. The personnel was very helpful, relaxed, smiling and kind. Spa was nice as well. I was especially glad about the small cold water pool meant for one person where one can lie down in it. There's a warm one right next to it.

Don't stay here if you can help it. There are 2 types of rooms: renovated "superior" room and standard rooms, I think there are also some suites. The rooms are all very small, which is not the problem. The "superior" rooms DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, although the hotel website says differently. With warm weather and even with cool nights, these rooms get terribly hot. Keeping a window open at night is not an option as there are a lot of mosquitos about. We had one of the renovated rooms reserved for two nights. When we arrived on a particularly hot weekend, we immediately asked to be moved to an AC room, and this request was refused.
This appears to be a "big group" hotel, and it seems the groups are given what they want but not the individual traveler. If it happens that you are sharing the premises with one or more large groups, you will be fighting for a spot at the breakfast buffet.

Two adults, two kids, family rooms were fully booked, we stayed at one of the four suites. It's rather a "junior suite" as there is no separation, only the leftover of the former curtain separating the room in two. Separately locked hallway, quiet, nice sea-view. Two restrooms, the bathroom is rather tiny for a spacious room, awkward details (light switch outside behind the opened door), the shower is the cheapest option possible. Great food and service at the restaurant, very good breakfast. The spa was not overcrowded and comfortable with kids.

Very clean and relaxing place to spend a few nights. Spa area is nice and has a good variety of pools and different types of saunas. The breakfast has a good variety of warm and fresh options. Charging stations for the electric vehicles are also available with a reasonable price.

I have stayed at this Spa many times, it is a wonderful hotel, spa and place to relax and enjoy the island,
However during this trip the hotel was over run with children who were not disciplined and were let to run around the hotel restaurant and spa. I am commented on this as they almost knocked over my 90 year aunt in both the spa and the restaurant. It is nice that the hotel allows families but children shouldn't be allowed to ride the elevators alone, which they did, and run wild. This is a resort spa not just for children last I checked.
I also found out that the hotel now accepts dogs and that all rooms are dog friendly. This concerns me as someone who is ALLERGIC to dogs. People need to be alerted to the fact that dogs are allowed and certain rooms need to be NO Dog rooms, like non smoking rooms, for those of us who are allergic.
Besides this two issues I recommend Georg Ots Spa for a wonderful escape.

This is an excellent spa hotel, one of the best that we have been to. In addition to the large pool (which is both inside and out), there is a warm pool, 3 different saunas, and a steam room. My wife had two different spa treatments which were great. The hotel is in a quiet location. While we did not have kids, the hotel also clearly does a good job of catering to families with children. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

Our room was nice, clean, with an exceptional view of the sea.
Rich breakfast, I really liked that you could take the child's food to the room on a tray.
The restaurant offers quite fine food, but those who prefer simpler food can also order from the children's menu.

Our only complaint is that it is very far from our hometown :) otherwise we could visit more often.
