Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed one night in July. The location is really good and the house is pretty. Our room was ok otherwise but it got super hot. There was no air conditioning and it was closer to +30c outside and even more inside. Also it was quite noisy until early morning hours as there are quite a few bars close by and we had to sleep all windows and doors open. Breakfast is not included but you get some discount from the cafe/bakery downstairs.

Clean rooms, uncomfortable beds (cheapest mattresses and bed sheets). Shower corner and toilet was cold and old, really didn't want to spent time in that room ☹️, should be upgraded I think. Personnel was friendly and helpful.

Big rooms, clean. Bathroom from 90's and needs to be updated, as well TV. Suite is big and nice, but nothing special. Everything is ok, location is super. Neighborhood is quiet and coffee, which is downstairs offers breakfast - you can smell freshly baked pies since the morning. This is only thing which disturbs you sleeping too long.

A great place to be!! Jederzeit wieder
