We booked in for a two night stay in this lovely apartment. We phoned the host who arrived in two minutes to let us in. He was really friendly and spoke excellent English. The apartment was not only great value but was clean, had comfortable big bed, a spacious bright bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, with kettle, fridge and utensils. It’s also well located with just a few minutes walk to the centre of Kuressaare which unfortunately at the moment has a big round hole in it. Also close to the Saaremaa Veski restaurant and other places to eat too. We recommend the Arno apartments and would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Arno Apartments for 3 nights. It has an excellent location, about 2-3 minutes to the central bus station and the town centre, and a short walk to the beautiful castle. Our twin room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the small kitchen. The host is friendly and helpful.
Lovely apartment! The staff (a family) is very friendly and helpful. My room is very pretty and comfortable. The kitchenette is great, it comes with the utensils, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom is beautiful with a very nice shower. The apartment is located just 3 minutes walk from the bus station and 5 from the center. Wifi works really well too.
Arno Apartments are located in central Kuressaare but nonetheless I found the accommodation to be very quiet. I phoned the host on arrival who met me within 5 minutes with a friendly welcome and to let me in and show me around. Arno Apartments provide excellent value for money and the accommodation (a very big lounge/bedroom plus shower room) is clean, comfortable and functional. I did not use it since I had a meal at a nearby restaurant but there is also a very well equipped kitchen. Arno Apartments are an ideal place to stay in Kuressaare. Highly recommended.
We had 3 separate rooms, each very clean and comfortable, especially beds. Great value for money. Nice backyard, spacious parking space. Shops and restaurants all very close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.
Location:- few steps from bus stop. less than 10 minute walk to the center 15-20 min to the castle. Restaurants:- Saaremaa veski almost next door, many other restaurants near by. food store and all for other stuff. Room: clean, big enough, reasonably priced. nice ground outside the house. kitchen with everything you need. so far this is the best place we have stayed at.
Good location near by all the restaurants and cafees. Quiet and clean accommodation. We were missing the kitchen to cook at least breakfast. Rooms had own shower and toilet and own kitchen equipment. Some if the rooms had terrace or balkong.
We stayed in Arno for 2 nights. The location is very convenient, just one block from the bus station. However it is still quiet! The room is basic, there is no cupboards or shelves to put your clothes in but for a couple of nights it's not a concern. There is no hairdryer either in case you need one, don't forget to bring your own. Arno apartments is located on a quiet street but what could be a concern is the noise from your neighbors, the doors are old and we could hear our neighbors walking up and down.Otherwise it's a great and cheap place and the staff is nice too.Just don't forget to agree on your time of arrival in advance!
Great value for money! Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is not offered, but you have a stove with pots and pans. It is a cheap, well located place right in Kuressaare, on a quiet street. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I'm happy to write the first review on TA for Arno Apartments! This is a cheap, well located place right in Kuressaare. These are apartments that are all different so I can only talk about the one I had. It had two single beds pressed close so it felt like a double. I had emailed ahead of time and asked for one with a patio and they gave me one which was very nice of them. There was a good sized kitchen, a big window that opened and let in a breeze, a smallish bathroom with a standing shower and a patio. The patio furniture wasn't overly comfy but it was nice to just sit out there and get some sun and a breeze. The beds were comfy and the temperature in the room was perfect, especially with a little air from the window. The apartments are very central, it only takes a few minutes to walk downtown. The place is ridiculously close to the bus station which was so nice considering I was backpacking. It's right behind it, less than a block. There is only one negative that I have and that is the sound. Because they are like typical apartments, sound carries from top to bottom if anyone is a bit loud. I could hear the people upstairs when they were walking around and talking a bit loud. But the worst sound actually comes from the entrance way foyer. There is a big open space when you first walk in, before you go into your respective apartments. This is the most echoey space and no matter how quiet you try to be, it's loud. The doors are old and creaky and if someone comes in at midnight (or 3am as my neighbours did), you will certainly wake up. Earplugs definitely helped me get a good sleep and you will need them unless you can sleep through anything. I would 100% stay here again. You can't beat the price and location. The owner is super nice and it's a quiet street and beautiful with all the flowers around. …
