This is good price-quality match but only 2 star hotel itself. Outside has been renovated but not inside. Breakfast was a bit "spartan" look but gets you full. Rooms are very plain but it has fridge and shower has good pressure. So everything works but it is from 90es.
Everything is fine there. Clean, tidy, small hotel. The staff is not very friendly. Some workers are in an acute manner. The beds are not comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is a fridge, TV and free Wi-Fi.
The location of the hotel was a big plus. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious but unfortunately cold. I slept with a deck and 2 covers. We thought we couldn't have breakfast because we left early in the morning, but the staff themselves offered that they could make coffee and sandwiches. It was a very pleasant thing for them to do.
Nice location, good parking place (exept the birds made quite mess on the car). Room was ok, really light in the morning (light curtains). Room was not clined between nights. In the room the air was bad. Breakfast -can I even talk about food? It was really small, everything ws finish, dishes were dirty.
I was here as part of a Baltic tour so I don't know the room price, hence value for money status. But the room was good, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Not that I am a great breakfast eater but their choices were very limited, eg no toast!
This place is a decent place to sleep a night. It has seen it's best days but nothing to complain. Except one thing. There is no air condition. On summer hot it's big minus and the street next to it is noisy even at night (seagulls made some of it, party people other).
I stayed at the Arabella Hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is very close to the centre of Kuressaare, my room was spotless and very comfortable and it is in a quiet street. It was very good value.
