What I do not expect in 4 stars hotel : 1. Obviously several weeks old spiderwebs at the balcony and even in room corners 2. Bird droppings at the balcony chairs 3. Nonfunctional ventilation in bathroom
The rooms need renovation. Towels dirty and broken. Poor waiters who have to apologize to customers. It is not recommended to visit this hotel before the renovation. Breakfast very good and rich......
Everything was OK. Simple and comfortable hotel. Location was excellent. Lunch and breakfast ok. We got good price. Unfortunatelly the SPA was closed at that time, but we were informed abouit that and had no unpleasant surprises.
A really nice hotel to stay in Kuresaare. Very quiet neighborhood, clean no-nonsense rooms and nice breakfast. The castle is a stone throw away. Admittedly I only spent the nights there and walzed around the island during the days so I can't say anything about the spa treatments.
Cant ask money for that kind of hotel. Its just as bad as you can imagine. Hard to find room as no normal lightning in hallways. Rooms are basic and ugly with no air conditioning. Didn´t want to try the breakfast ...
Excellent location, very good breakfast, nice and helpfull staff, air conditioner would be very good to have in such a hot summer. Unfortenately swimming pool was closed, but that was mentioned before. Thank you!
Was really great in the hotel. Three was no ac and it was hot in the room but there in not so often such hot weather in Saaremaa. Overall was really fun, in the rooms they could add a kettle and some mini fridge, it would be awesome and comfortable for everyone.
- Our room was called "twin room with spa access" but the spa was closed - No blackout curtains in summer with only 2 hours of darkness means no sleep - No air conditioning: the room was boiling - Half of the tv channels were not working
We booked only one night, but unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency, so we couldn't try, for example, the breakfast service or the restaurant. The hotel itself is nice, in a good location. Unfortunately, the hotel water park and sauna are closed due to renovation until autumn, which we were informed about only after making the booking, and after we did all the travel arrangements. Had we known that, we would have chosen another month for our stay or even another hotel (as we booked a package that included the access to water park and sauna and, to be honest, that is a great selling point). However, when we pointed this out to the hotel, they were nice enough to offer a complimentary room upgrade.
Everything was just great, but especially I'd like to note that though we arrived late and the dinner could not be server at that time, chef stayed for an extra hour to give us freshly made dinner instead of the microwave oven warmed one. That was really a heartwarming moment. Thank You!
