Hotel MIM Ibiza earns rave reviews for its stylish and chic atmosphere, with the poolside vibe and decor impressing guests, though a few find the music intrusive. While opinions on value are mixed due to pricey beverages and cozy room sizes, the Sky Bar's views are a highlight. Rooms may be snug, but upgrading is a popular tip for added comfort.
Exceptional service is a common thread in feedback, with the staff's dedication often mentioned. The hotel's cleanliness and prime location near beaches and attractions also garner consistent praise.

Detailed Reviews
We loved this hotel.
Booked last minute (at the airport) and we booked a ‘tiny room’….it is small but It was still lovely and although I found it probably too small… I loved that it was not Mis-sold as they told me it was tiny when I booked!!
The manager was so lovely and helpful, to be honest every member of staff was awesome. It was a real pleasure to speak to anyone.
We walked all along the beach and the local area and honestly this hotel was a great vibe by comparisons ws we met a lot of like minded people who wanted to chill and party without being messy.
There was music and a DJ who gave the ibiza vibe which was welcomed but never intrusive. The roof top bar is awesome. We accidentally walked into a white party whilst wearing anything but white, but this wasn’t a problem.
Breakfast was excellent and you can order eggs how you want.
I originally had two nights here but extended to four (stayed in bigger room with balcony for last two nights) so I would definitely revisit this place if I get get a chance to do Ibiza again! (we stayed in three other places on this trip).

I love this hotel I stay here every year and always have the best time. The staff all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the rooms are gorgeous as is the food. Beautiful evenings up at The Sky bar with a cocktail or two! Location is perfect and close to restaurants, bars and clubs and they have their own taxi service if you have an issues ordering one when it’s busy.

We loved our stay in the MIM! We stayed here for a total of 3 nights in September with the desire to be away from the chaos of San Antonio and seeing more of Ibiza - which did not disappoint!
A really good location, a beautifully designed hotel with very friendly staff. We had read reviews that said there were not enough loungers or day beds - we did not find this to be the case unless you were planning on arriving down to the pool in the mid afternoon. If you're down for breakfast time you will get a lounger no problem. We really enjoyed the pool area with the music playing. The food was really good (we only had breakfast but it was very nice).
The only downside we had personally was that our room was directly opposite the lift and was quite noisy. On our first night one of the rooms was playing very loud music and kept us up a fair bit of the night. The other two nights we were woken by people getting in and out of the lift throughout the early hours.
If you go to Ibiza you're not going for a great nights sleep, but I must say if I returned here again I would not accept being in that room so close to the lift.
Even for that slight downside, we would definitely recommend!

We’ve been coming to this hotel each year for the past 6 years and have recommended it to multiple friends, however unfortunately we won’t be visiting again.
We had a privilege room but each day (sometimes multiple times a day) the key card stopped working - which isn’t ideal as a pregnant woman having to traipse up and down to reception each time I wanted to access my room.
The pool area was overly crowded and noisy (in prior years it was a chill out vibe and relaxing), breakfast was chaotic with a struggle to get a table unless you were up at 8/9am. Also the breakfast selection was much reduced, with no cava / mimosas available for my husband as in prior years.
One day we went out for lunch, our towels had been removed from our loungers so we asked for some more only to be told ‘one per day only, because the laundry don’t like having to wash the towels’.
The service with a smile of prior years was replaced with service with a snarl - such a shame as it was one of our favorite places to visit.

Dear Laura, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to read about your recent experience at hotel MiM Ibiza and we truly apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had to put in place security measures at the restaurant, which is why you had to wait in line to get to access the buffet. As a hotel, we also decided to encourage all of our guests to help us reduce our energy consumption, for environmental reasons, which is why your were kindly asked to keep your pool towels for the lenght of your stay, if possible. We do apologise for the misunderstanding and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you at MiM Hotel Ibiza. Please contact us directly if you decide to do so. Kind regards, Carla Ros - Hotel Manager

After reading the (older) reviews I was so excited to finish our Ibiza holiday off in style.. rooftop sunbathing and drinks, nice chilled vibe, Art Deco style rooms and interiors. But what a disappointment.
After asking hotels.com and the hotel directly to confirm that the room type was suitable for 2 adult males (we had booked a Tiny Room on hotels.com which said the room was a queen bed for 2 people, but the hotel website contradicted that and said the room was for 1 person), I was told in no uncertain terms that it was fine. We arrived any the room was little more than a laundry cupboard. We were in room 101, with the lift shaft INSIDE OUR ROOM.
Not only that, but we also had the staircase behind our headboard. The bed was crammed into a corner with barely any space to get in it, and it sagged in the middle. The room was also scuffed and felt dirty in places. There was constant noise in the hotel, and footsteps up and down the stairs, and we both had the worst sleeps we’ve ever had in a hotel.
The rooftop bar/sunbathing is now just a bar (not as in the photos with loungers/beds) and is only open from 17:30!!! The pool area is tiny, no beds available on any day we were there, and also parking isn’t available as stated - it’s just street parking if you’re lucky.
Breakfast starts at 8, so if you’re up and out early there’s no option for a takeaway coffee or fruit, also extremely disappointing.
The staff were super friendly, but I just can’t let that cloud over what was a really expensive stay, and a property that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Second time staying at the Mim,
Amazed to see some of the miserable slightly aggressive staff still working there, they have zero hospitality skills and let this hotel down.
Couldn’t get to the bottom of who chooses the music for the pool or the Sky bar after asking several members of staff,
Loud brain dead Depressing thumping Techno music is not ideal to relax and not the spirit of Ibizan chill vibe.
The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good, nice coffee,
But we won’t be returning to the Mim,
The bad music and unfriendliness/negative attitude of some staff members is not what we come to Ibiza for and we’ve been coming for many many years and stayed all over the island.

Small room, no refill in the minibar (we stayed 4 days), cleaning not good (same garbage on the floor in the bathroom 4 days in a row).
No iron in the room, no vine opener. No free water in the room (just the first day)
Everything felt very cheap…
If we wanted omelette at the breakfast we had to pay extra for ham, due it was included in the breakfast.
We also had a noise in our room first night ( maybe air conditioning) but they didn’t believe us first so it had to be an argument before they did something about it.
Reception/Staff did not understand English so well.
The price of this hotel expected more fore sure.
Not coming back.

We were in Ibiza last year for my birthday. The best birthday ever. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. We enjoyed the massages at the spa downstairs. We love the rooftop bar that has gorgeous view of the sea. The restaurant on the ground floor served breakfast every morning. It was very relaxing hanging around the swimming pool as it’s an adult only hotel, so no little kids running around anywhere. The staffs were all very friendly and attentive. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely come back when this pandemic is over.

We had a great time here, the hotel is beautiful and great location for clubs but very also near nice beaches and the old town.
The place is set up so you don’t want to leave, great rooms, views and good food, drinks.
The spa is not included in the price but it’s not that much to use it for an hour or so. I would recommend getting the breakfast included and upgrading to a bigger room, the tiny and cosy rooms looked small. Would 100% stay again. Thanks so much!

This was our third visit in consecutive years to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! In fact it continues with exemplary facilities, staff and cuisine.
All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful- they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best time.
Our room was wonderful, clean and fresh and maintained beautifully each day.
The food is incredible and the menu excellent- from a generous and varied breakfast, to the exquisitely presented lunches and wonderful dinners.
The pool area, loungers, day beds and pool itself is so clean and attractive- the staff work hard all day serving drinks and food to everyone there.
The Sky Bar is a wonderful bonus with great music, food and drinks and fantastic views across the bay.
I used the spa area for mani pedi and the beautician is extremely friendly and professional and I was delighted with my treatments.
We will be returning soon.
