I was going to give the hotel less than 3 points because I was so disappointed at first. I however changed my mind slightly toward the end of our stay and did see some positives as well. The positives are: - Location for skiing. Just a few hundred metres to a very quiet ski lift taking you to Baqueira 1800....

This was our first trip to Baqueira. We spent 4 nights at the Melia during Valentines because of all the wonderful reviews we read on tripadvisor. However, we found the hotel and especially the staff to be nothing more than a 3 star hotel. The reception staff was completely disinterested and unwilling to do anything to help. There is no...

This is a cute boutique hotel with a perfect location if you want to ski. The ski lift is just 50 meters from the main entrance. The unique thing about this place is the staff. They are all, without exception, great! Our room is a juniorsuite. However, it could have been a regular suite with its 60m2 +, spread over...

Excellent in every way. Starting with the kindness and care from the staff. Ivan, Pedro, and all others were so very attentive and truly engaged in providing an excellent stay. The cleanliness of the facility. It is a perfect place to rest and relax. Five stars hands down. The location is great too, quiet and next to the lift for...

This was our fourth time at the hotel. We stayed at the 303 room, a great 2-stages junior suite room with jacuzzi, 2 baths, 2 tvs, etc. Everything was great even before we got there. Ivan, took good care of us since we tried to order some service from their spa. Everyone at the reception desk was super attentive, a...

Loved this hotel! The rooms were nicely appointed, nice views, too warm though and couldn't find the thermostat to regulate temperature. Restairant buffet for breakfast with views to the slopes and nice selection of hot and cold dishes, fruits and natural juices. Courteous service throughout the Hotel. We definitely enjoyed the afternoon tea time with free snacks and drinks. Short...

The hotel is very cosy, quiet and relatively small (around 10 rooms per floor). Is is very well located, just less than 100 m from the ski lift. The rooms are very confortable and the staff very friendly and ready to help. For skiing material renting, there is a shop just in front of the hotel. After the ski there...

Spent 4 days here on a short ski trip to Baqueira. It is located in Tanau, which is not really in the Baqueira area, but it is great if you're looking for a more quiet area. There are lifts about 100 m down the road, where you can also park your car for free if you don't feel like coughing...

I was very disappointed. The personal is not really friendly, almost strangely unfriendly for spanish people. Breakfast for 5 star hotel very poor. And, please, don't eat from room service or bar menu (is the same). Whatever you take is almost awful. (we had soup, pasta and pizza). Was not eatable. And they are in serious need of at least...

We have just returned having spent a week over the New Year at this hotel. I shall get the negatives out the way first ..... 1) This hotel is NOT in the heart of Baqueira, so if you enjoy wandering to different Bars &/or hotels then you need to know this. 2) The rooms face the back of the hotel...
