I enjoyed my visit very much. We hired the house opposite from the hotel. The owners were very hospitable and nice all the time. And the facilities were great. What's great too is that the hotel is located within walking distance to the lively boulevard of Cannobio.

Small, cuddly hotel on the other side of the harbor away from the beautiful historic old town. Through the narrow streets, the hotel was difficult to find at the end of the pedestrian area. But a phone call has motivated the very helpful hotel team to help. A bicycle service picked us up. The promised parking was available, but you have to be an exzellent driver to park! Everything tight! The room was the 3 star hotel very worthy and nothing was missing. However, the WLAN reception was very bad, so we had no reception in the room. But the rich breakfast with great service absolutely compensated.

We dropped in for lunch on a rainy day in Cannobio. Overpriced food. My husband chose seafood spaghetti and it was disgraceful - undercooked spaghetti, four clams, a defrosted prawn 15 EU. I chose a lasagne which had no flavour and I am sure had been frozen and reheated. Service is soso. There are many other nicer restaurants to spend your money.

Passed through Cannobio a couple of years ago and stopped for a drink outside Casa Arizzoli. It’s obvious charm made it a natural choice when returning for a longer stay in the area. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the lake side and yet has a quiet rural Italian feel. It really has a family run warmth and every member of staff is friendly and welcoming.

Very attentive staff; extremely quiet and clean. Excellent food and a great value! The town is charming and beautiful. You won't need a car unless you want to explore around the area. Everything is walking distance and the people were so polite and helpful. The owners are wonderful. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We have walked past this hotel on many occasions and decided this time to venture inside.........a nice surprise, a very comfortable lounge area and nice bar with a barman who greeted us and served us promptly, a good find!

The owner is a rude person with no intention to help you in any way. Accidentally I made a wrong booking and contacted the hotel directly after recognizing the mistake and also made another right booking. Hotel Casa Arizolli however is not willing to refund the money of the incorrect booking and explains this in rude emails.

We only visited for a few nights whilst en route to Tuscany and located this Hotel. We arived very late due to the road closure but the owner kindly waited for us and was very sympathetic and understanding. Our Room was large and clean with an ensuite bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was in a charming Dining Room with fresh orange juice, coffee, croissants, ham, cheeses, bread and jams. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

An absolutely marvellous hotel, this was more of less the last stop on our extended tour, and we couldn't have wished for nicer. Our room, just off the main reception area was none themes very quiet. We had a massive balcony which sadly we didn't get enough time to enjoy. Breakfast was lovely, all well presented and good quality. The owner, Antonello, a really friendly and sociable chap who couldn't have been more helpful and charming. Highly recommended.

Everything! The owners so friendly and helpfull in every way. The room was beautifully.malotmof love in the decor and comfort. Great breakfast. It is wonderful to find places that make you feel VIP and show so much love for what they do! The only tricky part was to find the correct road - there's parkingplaces 100 meter from the hotel.
