If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cannobio, we recommend this one. There is a very friendly and helpful staff, clean and big rooms and an amazing view. Also nice pool, gym and free bikes to borrow. The location is great, close to the promenade, market and bike route.

Nice apartments up the mountain with own terrace and garden. The owner is friendly and simpathyc. We visited the market on Sunday, everything is cheap but is difficult to bargain. Never loose your attention 😉.

We stayed in a studio apartment with lake views. This was only accessible by climbing approximetely 60 steep steps. There were two other apartments on the same level and our apartment was attached to another one of which to access their apartment the occupants had to walk past us directly in front of our patio windows which looked straight into our “bedroom” and directly past our eating area which meant we had very little privacy and it felt very invasive. Being adjoined also meant that I could hear the occupants, coughing, going to the toilet and flushing the toilet. It is advertised that all apartments have a private garden which is not the case. Yes we had an area to sit outside but it was not private. The other apartment next to us had the same layout as us which was completely open with no division which meant that when they were eating their meals outside or reading we were sat directly opposite each other which felt very awkward.. We saw that this was also the case of the other apartments down below us on the ground level. This lack of privacy is compounded by the fact that above us there were two more apartments and their only access was past us and our outside dining area. Being directly above meant that while we were in our apartment we heard the constant scraping of chairs around their dining table. We went in October which is the low season and I imagine that in the busier months the lack of privacy could be quite an issue.…

besides the very friendly owners, the place is awesome. We took the top level apartment, which you could see the Lake from the spacious balcony. They had biscicles for us to use, so we could get the real Italy feeling, all for a very affordable price. I wanna go back right now :) Its that great.

Ferrari is a short walk (10 mins) from the town. Good parking for cars; we had bikes which we stored in secure garage. Although the Orange rooms are up a few steps they are well worth it because of the view of the town and also the lake. The owners were very welcoming and the room was lovely. Good facilities and great shower pressure! The owners gave us several recommendations regarding restaurants and cycle tracks all of which were good. Excellent wifi. All in all a very good experience

This property offers clean and spacious accommodation with no surprises. Pool area is good and the availability of free bicycles is a good selling point. Location is not the best if you plan a late night walk back from Cannobio city centre. No air conditioning in our room and WiFi was not available at the pool area.

Great host, free access to bikes, free car park, good wi fi. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again. In fact, my partner's parents are going to stay there next month. Bed quite hard- just as I like it. I hate when the mattress is on a softer side so pleased with it. Pool was not open yet as its too early in the season

Easy, simple but pretty spaceous and clean rooms. We love the Orange rooms as they have a wonderful view over the Lake Maggiore but when you have trouble with stars I would advise to go for the yellow rooms. It has a nice swimmingpool as well and a laundry room. The owner and her man are very friendly. We love it.... Gabrie see you in a few months! Ciao

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for our 25th anniversary. Absolutely lovely apartment run by helpful and friendly people (English speaking). The Appartamenti Ferrari is within walking distance of all the sites in the town of Cannobio and is a short driving distance from all sorts of lovely sites up into the mountains around Cannobio, the Swiss Alps, and south to the larger, more touristy towns of Verbania and Stressa. We highly recommend this place to stay (great value for the money) and Cannobio as a place to visit.
