Stayed 1 night at this hotel January 2016. The hotel gave us tickets to hike the Caminito del ray when we asked for them. The receptionist was pleasant. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good. The area is beautiful. The nearby resturant nearby, El Kiosko had tasty food. There was not free parking "on site" but there... More

We stayed here summer of 2015. We came to walk the Caminito del Rey. Tickets were not available on the website, but Elena was able to arrange tickets for us. We parked in the private enclosed parking lot behind the hotel, but parking on the street just beyond the hotel looked fine too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable... More

This is an older country hotel in a tiny town amidst beautiful natural scenery. Though older, it's kept up in great shape, very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We only stayed here so we could hike El Caminito Del Rey the next morning, and it worked out great (you can leave your car at the hotel and walk... More

We came to this beautiful area number of years ago but at that stage the Caminito Del Rey was not open. We were surprised to find that it was open when we recently came to the Malaga area and were really keen to walk it. However we could not get tickets through the booking system. We chose La Posanda De... More

A truly lovely family run hotel. It took me back to childhood holidays where life is simpler. The view from the room was beautiful over pine forests and it was charmingly rustic. The situation is stunning and quiet. Good if I in the main reception but wonderfully lacking in the bedroom:-)

I booked the hotel directly in order to ensure that my 7 friends and I got tickets for the Caminito Del Rey, the charge was considerably more than booking via Booking.com however we needed the human factor on this occassion so went with it. The man I dealt with by email was very helpful, professional and thorough..... Sadly on arrival... More

There is no denying that this is simply a beautiful part of the world. Surrounded by pristine lakes and undulating hills, the welcoming frontage left me with high hopes for the hotel which was booked primarily to serve the purpose of providing tickets for the walk El Caminito Del Rey which has recently been restored. Unfortunately, the hotel did not... More

We were here for just one night to hike El Caminito del Rey. Lucia, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful in arranging everything. Her efforts were truly appreciated, and we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The attached restaurant was very good as well. This is a very beautiful corner of Andalusia, and not many English-speaker seem... More
