The Moxy Malpensa has same problems , first it is not located in the terminal 2 ! You have to walk with the luggage about 200 meter ( in the rain !!!) . Second : terminal 2 is closed and all the flights arrives at terminal 1 , there is a free shuttle bus but it stops at the door of terminal 2 not at the hotel ! The only hotel that is in the terminal 1 and you can take the luggage with the trolly is Sheraton but it is very expensive ! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly

We arrived to this hotel at 3 am. The staff were friendly and helped us check in with ease. The room was a good size and very clean. One of my friends didn’t know how to use a shower like a normal human and made the floor quite wet. So please be aware of that. Nothing to complain about with this hotel

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to Milan Malpensa T2. I flew in to T1 and took a taxi to the hotel which only took a few minutes… if you miss the terminal buses expect a taxi fare of around 20 euros. Room was spacious, clean and very modern. Nice breakfast. Would stay again. Reasonably priced.

Rooms clean & good size. Bathroom clean. Staff friendly. Very noisy rooms at rear of hotel in early hours from airport freight terminal. Long wait for bus between Airport terminals. Breakfast average in fast food like eating area. Not worth >£100 a night.

I am sorry to read about your difficulties on falling asleep due to outside noise. The hotel is soundproofed with higher standards compare to the minimum requirements of an airport hotel. It may be that the window in your room did not close properly. I am sure that one of the hotel Crew would have solved that issue if reported. I sincerely apology for this inconvenience. When it come to price, we tend to be as competitive as possible but our rates are dynamics so they change constantly accordingly to the market trend. I would like to thank you for your review and reporting this issue since we always take really serious all our guest feedbacks. I hope to see you again at the MOXY!

We decided to book into Moxy for the last 2 nights if our stay. Check in was easy and friendly and it a good early check in. The hotel is modern and trendy. Rooms are good size and shower is just lovely. Beds are comfortable and they have English TV. Breakfasts include bacon, eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee and juice. They do have dinners as well for a fee. Transport to hotel: walk outside airport in front of Sheraton. There is a free bus that transports you to hotels that runs 5am to 11pm every 20-30 min. Internet is good and fast (I had an issue but it turned out to be an app of mine blocking it, once figured out, no issue with internet.) If you need to get to milan central, grab the airport bus back to terminal 1 and take train in to central (depending on train 35 -1hr)…
