Exceptional value!! Gorgeous landscape, beautiful lake at the perfect temperature and awesome beach and dock. Equipped with many children amenities such as trampolines, swings stairway up a tree for lookout fun. The rooms are very modest but decent and functional particularly the kitchen. The staff were great and very accomdating especially Monte the co-owner.

In my opinion this vacation was really much more like camping than resort vacationing, which was fine for me this time around. If you keep that in mind you will have a great time. Do not expect luxury and take it for what it is and you will be fine. (and remember the very low price you are paying to...

I do not recommend staying. There are several reasons: • Kitchen poorly stocked and we had to wash all the dishes and inside of cupboards before use. There was not enough for a group of four people. • Check in is 3:00 but we waited until well after 4:00 for the room. • Need to hire qualified cleaning staff. Fridge...

We recently stayed at the Kokanee Beach Resort with friends after travelling from Vancouver. Arriving around 4 pm we had to wait while the room was being resurrected from the previous tenants, the rooms were very basic with the feel of sand from the near by beach under your feet! There was no kettle a shortage of cutlery and the...

On arrival we were upgraded to one of the modernised suites. The room had all the basic amenities and the linen was clean and fresh. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains and there were kayaks and life jackets available to use for no extra charge which was awesome! Right next to an amazing greek restaraunt...

We had a great stay at Kokanee Beach Resort. It's family owned and ran. They have been working hard at updating and cleaning place up. It was our first visit and hope to return with my grandchildren next year. Staff are friendly and go out of way to make sure you have what you need. The only downfall was the...

After reading the reviews about this place we decided to book anyways and make up our own mind on it. We are glad we did. We had so much fun here. Monty was more then accommodating for our family. The private beach was amazing for the kids. The renovations they did looked amazing. It was nice to be able to...

We came here expecting a real party place considering it only had 2 stars, we were wrong. It's very family orientated the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The private beach was nice and newly renovated rooms are well done. Just remember if you're coming here it's not super high class but you will enjoy yourself.

I registered for three evenings. In the first evening I was calling other hotels! We left early the next morning. Some of the issues are: * There were bugs in the bathroom * The TV didn't work and when I tried to find the phone to call the front desk, there was none. When I went to the office, it...

Although the pictures look good this motel was not. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold, the kitchen was poorly equipped and messy, the green space and beach was covered in goose poop and there were many long term tenants. The staff were friendly but a little too chatty. Don't stay, drive to Vernon.
