Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is a good hotel, rooms clean and service not bad.
Staff were ok but unfortunately Wi-Fi wasn't working well.
Breakfast is delicious and includes a vast choice of food.
Would recommend it for a short stay.

Past few years we have attended a few family/social events at this restaurant. The customer service is excellent, they were able to accommodate our requests. The food is delicious and both sweet and savory pastries are divine.
We weren't able to make use of the accommodation due to COVID related restrictions but the communication with the receptionist was also straightforward and pleasant. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights for friend's wedding.

Staff was not friendly and not helpful at all - when we arrived they provided us with keys and that was it. We received no information on breakfast, wi-fi, when we have to leave the room, what keys to use for what gate.. Because of this, we were not aware that on Sunday morning after the wedding, we had to leave the room by 10 am. As a result room cleaners woke us up by banging on our doors and even attempting to get in using their keys. We were lucky we left our room key in the door, otherwise I would have a cleaner running around my room whilst still asleep. Very rude and not professional at all.

Room was spacious, but as said in the previous comment, there were no blinds on the glass door and therefore light woke us up in the morning.

Handle on the door to the bathroom was broken and we could not shut the door and also one of the opening mechanism on one of the windows was not working properly and it nearly fell on me when I tried to open it.

Organisation of the whole wedding was very unprofessional as well and my friend experienced lots of issues throughout the reception.

Even though this hotel is close to the town centre, because of my experience I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There are many other hotels in the town that provide better service.

Stayed here for 5 nights visiting from Scotland.

Room was great. Spacious and very clean. Only negative was there was no blind/curtain on the half glass door to the room, this meant in the morning, despite the other blinds being shut, the light streamed in. Also there is an automatic light on the balcony which kept going on at random intervals through the night, thus lighting up the whole room.

Breakfast was included in the price and there was a good choice of foods. Had some interesting meals thanks to the language barrier but it's always nice to try new things.

Staff were very friendly.

I look forward to staying here in the future.
