#2 of 6 Speciality lodging in Cong
Cong Camping, Caravan & Glamping Park is located a mile from Cong – one of Ireland’s most beautiful villages, between the shores of Loughs Mask and Corrib, in Connemara. Cong was the only village that featured on TripAdvisor's top 10 Irish destinations in 2018 and 2019. Come to Cong Caravan, Camping and Glamping Park on your holiday and enjoy all that we have to offer - grass or hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes and campervans, with and without electric hook up, tent pitches with and without electric hook up and glamping bell tents. Fantastic facilities - free wifi throughout park, campers' kitchen, showers and toilets, mini-cinema, sitting room, laundry and children's playground. Very close to all of Cong's attractions, walks and sights. Cong, once seen never forgotten!

Really enjoyed our time at this caravan park which was well maintained with good facilities. Fantastic location near lake, Ashford Castle and Cong village. Plenty of forest walks nearby to keep kids entertained. Great tips from staff for local highlights. My parents stayed in the B&B across the road which was very handy. Would recommend and will be returning.

We loved our time here in August 2020. The hosts and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was clean and spacious. The onsite facilities were excellent. Toilets were spotless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go camping this summer. We are already booked again for this summer.

This camp site was fantastic. Nice spacious pitches, very clean and loads of facilities like adult only sitting room, mini cinema, laundry room, kitchen, hostel if it was raining or a bad night, great shower and toilets, and a playground woth games room for kids. All of this for very reasonable prices and very close to the village of cong and pretty much on the grounds of Ashford Castle. Highly recommended!

Family of four, we stayed for one night. We stayed in a glamping tent. The kids had a great time but it is what it is, a tent with beds in it. The facilities are OK. We didn't use it but the kitchen is big and seemed well equipped. The toilets and showers were clean. The playground and games room are a bit run down but like I said the kids had a ball. Running around and making friends. Only dealt with one staff member and there was a slight issue with the bill when checking in, but when we talked again next morning at check out this was sorted right away.

This is the first negative review I have ever written , stayed for 4 nights, €35 per night. Firstly we were greeted by a very friendly an efficient young Lady. Same Lady directed us to a specific spot where we were parked far too close to Road/ other tents ./ caravans. Several other guests approached the owner with complaints re too many tents /caravans on site. The owner had any extremely aggresive attitude and was unhelpful and argumentative. Regularly the young lady could be seen stepping out the distance between caravans/ tents to squeeze in another unit. Toilets were smelly, Some sites were very sloped. Electrics had 3 Caravans plugged in to 1 socket with 3 way adaptor which often tripped out. Overall I would have to say this is the worst site we have stayed in. Cong is a lovely place and deserves a far better campsite than this
